Along with being a famous figure in the fashion world, Tyra Banks also became a reality TV star when she hosted “America’s Next Top Model.” Now, there’s a buzz about the show thanks to a new Netflix docuseries, “Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model.”
While times have changed and fans now see the show in a different light, TMZ notes that “[i]f you’re looking for an apology” from Banks for the “controversial practices” used on “ANTM” back in the day, “you’ll be waiting a long time.”

Adrianne Curry-Rhode Has Respect for Tyra Banks
Curry-Rhode took to Instagram on Monday, February 16, and shared a video of herself discussing the situation, and saying that Tyra “will not bend the knee and I respect that.”
“What? Do you want her to lie? Lie and say how bad she feels?” Curry-Rhode asked.
She also sent a message directly to Banks, saying, “Keep on being yourself — which is someone who doesn’t give a flying [expletive].”
She then popped in a caption, writing, “Tyra Banks owes you NOTHING!”
In response, one of the “ANTM” alum’s social media followers left a comment, saying, “I do love that [Banks is] not trying to placate people and act sorry. Very authentic. Very genuine. Very her.”
“Adrianne never holds back. 👏👏👏,” someone else wrote.
A third person added, “I love you lol. You’re the only person that can put somebody on blast by being absolutely respectful and nice.”
Is Adrianne Curry-Rhode in the ‘ANTM’ Docuseries?
Curry-Rhode opted not to appear in the “ANTM” docuseries and apparently had no interest in doing so. She shared another video on January 26 that showed her shaking her head with a shot of the production behind her.
In the caption, she wrote, “I say no to all of these. I have 0 trust in any producers, no desire to be really public in this day and age…. and am hard retired from Hollywood.”
Adrianne Curry-Rhode Is Also Open About Her Gray Hair
It’s pretty obvious that Curry-Rhode is willing to be open and honest with her fans. That includes the fact that she now embraces her gray hair.
On December 22, 2025, the 43-year-old model — whose Instagram bio notes that she’s “Aging Gracefully Amid Montana’s Peaks” — shared a photo of herself wearing a T-shirt that has the words “OPENLY GRAY” written across the front and slaying gray hair.
She also wrote a caption, saying, “I’m coming out #comingout #silverhair #silverfox #silversisters #antm”
Her followers loved her look, and the post prompted one person to leave a comment, saying, “It looks great! Love the shirt, too!”
Another person left a message, writing, “Omg mee toooo!! Im 47 and finally just letting it go and flow. It’s coming in very nice like yours ❤️”
Someone else added, “And you look more beautiful than ever!”
