Brooke Hogan Left Out of Dadโs Will
In July, the wrestling legend died of a heart attack. Now, Us Weekly states that Hogan left behind nearly $5 million in assets. However, his daughter, Brooke Hogan, wasnโt listed as a beneficiary of his estate.
According to Us Weekly, Nick Hogan, Hulkโs son, filed court documents that would name him co-personal representative of his dadโs estate. The court documents also stated a man named Terry McCoy would be named as the curator of the estate.
The court signed off on these requests.
Nick stated that his father executed a will in 2016. He then amended it in 2017, 2021, 2022, and July 2023, just two months before he married his widow, Sky Daily.
For Hoganโs estate, Nick, 35, was listed as the sole beneficiary. Daily was listed as a surviving spouse.

According to Nick, Hulk left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, his right to publicity, worth $4 million, and an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit.
Daily is planning to file a medical malpractice lawsuit against the surgeon who operated on her late husbandโs neck in May, TMZ reported.
Meanwhile, Nick did not list his dadโs real estate property in the court documents. That property may be owned by a trust or LLC. The wrestling legend owned two separate homes next to each other in Clearwater, Florida. They are estimated to be worth $11 million.
Fans React to Brookeโs Omission
While Brooke was not listed as a beneficiary on her dadโs will, this may not be a shock to some fans. She had been estranged from her father for several years, and even asked to be removed from his will around the time he married Daily.
At the time, Brooke said she didnโt trust anyone around her father. She didnโt want to get caught up in a financial battle when he did pass away.
