You may recognize Amelia Gray Hamlin from her mom, Lisa Rinna‘s, time on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Nowadays, Amelia is enjoying a modeling career that sometimes includes showing up to industry events with her famous parent. That’s what she did while attending the Swarovski Masters of Light Opening Celebration in Los Angeles on October 28.
For the event, Lisa opted to wear a sleek black dress that had cutouts along the side. She also wore a thick crystal chocker around her neck and sunglasses — surely because the event shone so bright. Her hair boasted a dark brown color and was styled in her signature pixie cut which was a little ruffled to create a edgy look.
As for Amelia, she also wore a crystal choker, but paired it with a sheer dress that featured a dark mesh with black crystals covering the chic design.

Wearing a sheer dress may seem bold; however, Amelia has explained in the past that she’s “open” when it comes to what she wears. She’s also honest about who has the strongest opinions about fashion in her family’s household.
While talking with Amelia in June 2021, People asked, “Who’s the most opinionated when it comes to fashion in your family — you, [your sister] Delilah or your mom Lisa?”
“My mom, for sure,” Amelia admitted. “She is very opinionated. She [has] her own little situation and vibe definitely stamped in. Whereas Delilah and I are open to whatever comes and whatever we’re vibing with in the moment.”
When asked if her mom ever inspires her own style, Amelia revealed, “We’re all constantly bouncing ideas off of the other, and I think that’s really an amazing thing. Because we have three women in the house with three different opinions and different vibes. Sometimes she’ll talk to me and be like, ‘This is not cute,’ but that’s about it.”
Amelia Has Opened Up About Modeling
Mike Coppola/Getty Images for Victoria\'s SecretWhile Amelia is making her mark as a model, she opened up while talking to Vogue’s podcast The Run-Through about her start in the business.
“Almost every girl’s story is, ‘I was walking on the street and someone scouted me,’ but that’s completely opposite to my story,” she said. “I scouted everyone else. I had already known that this is what I wanted to do since I was 5 years old. I have no idea why.”
Noting that she had to “find everyone” to find modeling work, she continued, “And so my story’s different, but also my passion is different,. And I think that I don’t really understand how a lot of the girls don’t feel the same way that I do because to me it’s so exciting and it’s my dream and it’s what I love to do and I could not imagine doing anything really else.”

Worst picture ever. And I guess Lisa had to get her relevancy back by competing with her children.
