Bronwyn Newport of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” celebrated turning 40 in a playful way, with help from her husband Todd Bradley.
The Bravo star marked the occasion over the weekend by sharing videos on her Instagram page and Stories. In one clip posted on Sept. 10, Bradley tried his hand at faux Quidditch during the Harry Potter exhibition while Newport laughed from the sidelines.
“Spent my last weekend as a 39-year-old playing faux Quidditch at the Harry Potter exhibition,” Newport captioned the video. She added with humor, “He can’t make a single one,” as Bradley attempted to land a shot.
Newport also celebrated her birthday days earlier with a millennial-themed night out, joining friends for a Backstreet Boys concert and ending the evening in “matching pjs.”

Newport and Bradley’s marriage will once again be in the spotlight. Last season ended with Newport confronting rumors of Bradley’s “emotional affair.” This season, the two will work through fresh tension as they attempt to move forward.
The Season 6 trailer shows Newport and Bradley having an emotional conversation over ice cream. “You know how I feel about when people misunderstand me; I shouldn’t have to feel misunderstood by you, too,” Newport tells him through tears.
Bravo’s announcement via Deadline teases even more personal challenges. “On the heels of a fiery reunion, Bronwyn Newport navigates her place with the women and seeks to find a path forward in the group,” the network stated. Meanwhile, on the home front, Newport temporarily moved in with her parents “after a series of health scares and a devastating diagnosis,” though “tensions reach a boiling point when her mother strikes a chord with her harsh critiques.”
Bronwyn Newport Opens Up About Todd Bradley’s Health
Although Newport has not shared specifics about her own diagnosis, she has previously discussed Bradley’s ongoing health concerns.
Back in April, Newport gave fans an update on her husband’s condition through Instagram Stories. She shared a screenshot of herself FaceTiming Bradley while on a work trip to New York City, explaining that he was undergoing “infusion treatment.”
“I always want to be babying him during these, and yet he’s out here being so thoughtful to me!” she wrote. Newport then clarified: “Because I know I’ll get questions, a few years back, T was diagnosed with lymphoma. He did many rounds of treatments (chemo and special cell therapy) and is doing better, but will always have to be vigilant about recurrence.”
She added that Bradley “now maintains his [health] through ongoing infusions as maintenance. Not as hard as chemo was, but still a bummer for him to keep going through.”
Newport also celebrated their love story earlier this year by sharing a carousel of photos on Instagram. “Eleven years ago, on March 11, 2014, I met the love of my life! Today’s celebration before he left for a meeting in NYC, last year in Palm Springs, and then just some of my fav photos of the two of us over the years together,” she captioned the post.
As she steps into a new decade, Newport is balancing milestone celebrations with serious challenges at home. Between her husband’s health journey, her own struggles, and the ongoing dynamics with her castmates, Season 6 of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” promises to be one of her most personal chapters yet.
