Erika Jayne is opening up about her relationship with boyfriend John “Shrek” McPhee.
While the two seem to be going strong, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star revealed she isn’t rushing to walk down the aisle anytime soon—and for good reason.

In the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show,” the 52-year-old reality star was asked whether she could see herself getting married again following her high-profile separation from former attorney Tom Girardi.
“No, I don’t think so,” Erika admitted during the segment. “I’m still married … I don’t know… I don’t want to give anybody these problems, does that make sense?”
Jayne and McPhee, a retired U.S. Army special ops sergeant major, were first linked in July 2025 after paparazzi captured the pair holding hands following a manicure and pedicure outing. Since then, their relationship has continued to blossom.
“I met him in London, then he took me to dinner, and then we saw each other again,” Erika shared. “Yeah, and I guess that paparazzi, you know, the picture happened. Well, then I could no longer keep it. So, it was nice to have two dates that were just my own.”

Several cast members weighed in on Erika’s romantic future during the “RHOBH After Show.” Kyle Richards remarked, “If she were to want it, I think she’d have no problem finding a husband,” while newcomer Amanda Frances added, “I’m sure she can have her pick of many.”
Sutton Stracke, Jennifer Tilly, and Kathy Hilton speculated that Erika might be prioritizing companionship over commitment.
“I think she’s looking for somebody to have fun with and, like, a companion or friend,” Tilly said. “Share a good time with, someone who’s good in bed; he looks like he would be good in bed. I don’t really think she’s looking for another husband.”
While marriage may not be in the cards, the Bravo star confirmed that she and McPhee are “still together and having a great time.”

Erika is still legally married to Tom Girardi, who was sentenced to seven years in federal prison for wire fraud in 2024. Erika filed for divorce in 2020 after 21 years of marriage. The emotional toll of the split remains.
“I’m heartbroken,” she told Sutton earlier this season. “It f–king sucks. Knowing that person and being married to that person for that long, and then to see him walk down the courtroom steps like that, knowing that he’s going to die in prison, that’s heavy. On any level.”
Jayne was previously married to Thomas Zizzo, with whom she shares her only son, 32-year-old police officer Tommy Zizzo.
