The relationship between Alexis Bellino and John Janssen has been a topic of discussion among the “Real Housewives of Orange County” cast. This is especially the case as he was previously dating Shannon Beador. Now, the two have finally tied the knot. Plus, see Tamra Judge’s comment.
According to PEOPLE, Bellino and Janssen married on October 3. The former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star said, “We envisioned a dreamy, romantic, rustic chic vibe with earthy elegance.”
She continued, “Our venue gave us that perfect mix of natural beauty and privacy, nestled between the canyon and the sea. It felt like we were celebrating in a secret garden by the ocean.” Bellino stated that the venue was decorated with “soft whites, dusty rose, greenery, and touches of natural wood.”
Regarding attire for the guests, they were asked to wear “light and earthy tones.” They were “highly discouraged from wearing black.” The bride and groom requested this to maintain the tone of the wedding.
Additionally, Judge commented on the post. She said, “It was one of the most beautiful, romantic, fun, spiritual weddings I’ve ever been to.”
Bellino Also Opened Up About Her Wedding Dress
The former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star also gave the details about her wedding dress. Bellino shared, “We created a timeless, elegant, dress, but I did not want to wear white. I was drawn to the romantic silhouette and how I felt when I put it on: powerful, feminine, and ready to marry the love of my life. My gown was all jewels, so I felt like a diamond walking to him.”
She also wore a custom garter under her dress. According to Bellino, “It was a sacred, personal touch I’ll cherish forever.”
Bellino then discussed her wardrobe change. She said, “After removing the train and veil I wore during the first hour of the reception, my ceremony gown became sleeker for the reception. My next gown for the reception was short, white, sleeker, lighter, and made for dancing. It still retained all the bridal glamour, but it was comfortable for cake cutting and dancing the night away!”
Both Bellino’s and Janssen’s children were involved in the wedding. She called it “a symbolic moment of blending [their] families.”
She Announced in 2024 that She Wasn’t Returning to ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’
Bellino joined “The Real Housewives of Orange County” for the show’s 5th season. She remained on the series until the conclusion of its eighth installment. Then, she returned for season 18 as a friend of the show.
However, she wasn’t asked back for season 19 of RHOC. She said on Instagram in December 2024, “When one door closes, another one opens.” Since leaving, she has remained in good standing with some of the cast, including Tamra Judge, who attended her wedding.
