Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley are selling their longtime Los Angeles home, but it is the identity of their real estate agent that has some “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” fans talking.
Zach Goldsmith, the boyfriend of Kyle Richards’ daughter Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, was tapped to sell the estranged couple’s home. The choice raised some eyebrows after Tracy Tutor, a longtime real estate agent and star of “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” joined RHOBH for Season 16.
Now, Farrah is weighing in on the chatter surrounding the listing and making it clear that Zach’s connection to Dorit and PK goes back further than some fans may realize.
Farrah Brittany Addresses Dorit Kemsley’s Decision to Work With Zach Goldsmith
Dorit and PK’s Los Angeles home has become a major piece of their ongoing divorce proceedings. Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025, and the fate of the property, which reportedly carries millions of dollars in mortgage debt, has since been addressed in court.
After it was revealed that the home would be sold, Zach emerged as the real estate agent handling the listing.
That decision quickly caught the attention of Bravo fans because of Tracy’s addition to RHOBH. Tracy has built her career in luxury Los Angeles real estate, making her an obvious name for fans to bring into the conversation.
There was another layer to the speculation, too. Dorit and Tracy previously had tension after Tracy claimed in 2025 that Dorit had “stalked” her and failed to pay members of her glam team.
When one person suggested on Threads that Dorit had passed over the RHOBH newcomer in favor of Farrah’s boyfriend, Farrah stepped in with some context.
“Tracy and Zach have both been doing this for decades and are both incredibly successful realtors with amazing track records,” Farrah wrote. “Zach knows PK and Dorit on his own, nothing to do with me. They have kids in the same grade. Also, Tracy will be great as a new housewife! Love her.”
Farrah’s response offered an important detail about the listing: Zach’s relationship with Dorit and PK exists independently of his relationship with her.
Rather than wading into any potential tension between Dorit and Tracy, Farrah also made a point of praising both real estate agents and sharing her support for Tracy’s upcoming Housewives debut.
Zach Goldsmith Has His Own Connection to Dorit and PK Kemsley
Zach’s name may be familiar to RHOBH fans for another reason.
He and Farrah are currently expecting their first child together, with Farrah previously announcing that their baby is due in November. Farrah is Kyle’s eldest daughter and has made appearances alongside her mother on RHOBH over the years.
But as Farrah stressed in her response, Zach did not land Dorit and PK’s listing because of her connection to the Richards family. According to Farrah, Zach already knew the Kemsleys, and their children attend the same grade.
The timing nevertheless makes the real estate crossover particularly interesting for Bravo viewers.
Tracy is joining RHOBH as the show moves into its next chapter, while Dorit’s divorce from PK continues to reshape her life away from the cameras. The decision to sell their home marks another significant change for the estranged couple.
And while fans may have initially viewed Zach getting the listing as a possible slight toward Tracy, Farrah clearly does not see it that way.
Her message was simple: both agents have established careers of their own, Zach has his own history with Dorit and PK, and she is more than ready to welcome Tracy to Beverly Hills.
