Katie Ginella is back on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” after being absent for a few episodes. In episode 14, aired on October 9, Tamra Judge shared why she’s on Ginella’s side after an initial falling out.
While at the Hoedown Throwdown party, Judge told Jennifer Pedranti that she had met up with Ginella and resolved their issues.
Fans may remember that at the beginning of the season, Judge accused Ginella of spreading a rumor that she had roofied Gretchen Rossi in an earlier season of “RHOC.”
Ginella adamantly denied being the one to start the gossip, but the other castmates didn’t believe her, nonetheless.
In a confessional, Judge shared that she thought Rossi and Pedranti set up Ginella to be the fall guy in their drama.
“And now that Jenn and Gretchen have shown Katie they’re not on their side, Katie’s not sticking up for them anymore,” Judge said. She added, “And she’s telling me truly what happened.”
Ginella & Judge’s Friendship Flourished During ‘RHOC’ Season 19
After a shaky start to “RHOC” season 19, Ginella and Judge managed to find common ground, particularly after being burned by Gretchen Rossi.
On August 28, Ginella posted a shot of her dress worn to Emily Simpson’s party, during which she was thrown out after allegedly failing a lie detector test.
Judge showed her some love by replying, “Girl that dress was [fire].”
A Ginella fan wrote, “If you go, I wouldn’t watch. Love your beautiful family and your husband. You are a great couple so good with each other.”
‘RHOC’ Fans Are All For a Ginella & Judge Alliance
Ginella and Judge ended up being the villains of “RHOC” season 19 (for different reasons). However, now that the other castmates are perceived as treating the two unfairly, many fans have since rooted for Ginella and Judge’s alliance.
The two housewives posted a joint Instagram post on October 1, and viewers showed love for their newfound friendship.
“I’m so glad someone is being nice to Katie after the way Emily tossed her out of her house and Jen threw her under the bus. I like Katie. Please keep her!!” a fan wrote.
Another replied, “Team Katie (me pulling out my Tamra fan card back) LMAOOOO.” One viewer shared, “I have to admit, I’m liking Tamra more this year. Katie isn’t the nemesis. Gretchen had her chance and she showed her true colors.”
