Victoria Gotti Shares Emotional Health Update, Says Her Son Is Giving Her the “Gift of Life”

Victoria Gotti has opened up about her difficult health condition and how one of her sons is planning to step up in a big way.

According to TMZ, Gotti shared that she is continuing to battle chronic kidney disease, but the reality TV star remains hopeful about her condition. Her son, Carmine Agnello, is planning to help her through this health challenge, even as he faces the possibility of prison time.

Victoria Gotti Reveals Her Son Carmine is Giving Her a Kidney

Per TMZ, Victoria Gotti recently shared a letter to U.S. District Judge Nusrat Choudhury about her health issues. Her son, Carmine Agnello, is planning to donate a kidney to her.

Unfortunately, Agnello is facing a few years behind bars. He pled guilty to submitting fraudulent applications for three COVID relief loans for his business, Crown Auto Parts.

In the letter to the judge, per TMZ, Gotti highlighted her son’s character and that he is the only known compatible donor for her.

Gotti also claimed that her future is grave without this kidney donation.

The “Growing Up Gotti” star shared, “He is there to help anyone. He is kind and generous to a fault. He is giving me the GIFT OF LIFE.”

Gotti pleaded for probation for Agnello instead of jail time.

Agnello’s attorney shared that Agnello and Gotti would both need recovery time after the operations. Jail time would take away from Agnello’s proper recovery.

“For Carmine, this means that … he [will] not receive proper follow-up and recovery treatment to ensure him being a donor does not follow with adverse medical effects,” his attorney wrote in the full sentencing memorandum.

Victoria Gotti has gone through her share of health issues over the years.

According to PEOPLE, Gotti was diagnosed with a heart mitral valve prolapse and a leaky valve in her twenties.

The former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” guest also shared she had “precancerous cells” in her breasts in 2005, per Today.

“What I have is considered by most to be cancer. Noninvasive cancer,” Gotti claimed at the time on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”

Gotti found out about her chronic kidney disease diagnosis in the summer of 2025.

A source shared with PEOPLE that her son, Carmine Agnello, knew that he was the only possible donor. “Victoria feels her son is giving her a brand-new life,” the source said.

With her kidney transplant, Gotti would be recuperating for close to three months.

If Agnello donates his kidney, he would need to recover for about two to three weeks.
