Jacqueline MacInnes Wood finally broke her social media hiatus with a heartwarming update. “The Bold and the Beautiful” star confirms she’s now officially a mom of five boys.
Wood, who plays Steffy Forrester on the long-running CBS sudser, went on maternity leave this summer and has been quiet ever since. Now, fans are excited to learn that she’s given birth to a healthy baby boy.
In an Instagram post, Wood gave fans a glimpse of her serene life off camera. The actress shared a carousel of photos showing what she’s been up to these days, including the birth of her baby boy.
“A little slice of paradise,” Wood captioned the post.

One photo shows Wood in a bathtub, seemingly in labor. Another shows “The Bold and the Beautiful” star kissing her husband, Elan Ruspoli, while holding her newborn.
Wood also took a mirror selfie with her baby boy number five, whom they named Talon. She also posted a photo of herself carrying baby Talon in one arm and a chicken in the other.
The actress confirmed in her post that she did have a home birth, something many of her fans admire. Wood wrote:
“Welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy at home. This season has been all about being still, soaking in every precious moment, and embracing the quiet magic of new beginnings. Social media took a little back seat, but I’m so happy to be back and say hello again.”
Aside from the adorable photos of baby Talon, “The Bold and the Beautiful” star also shared photos of her sons enjoying the outdoors and her pet dogs and ducks.

Fans flooded Wood’s comments with congratulatory messages, celebrating the newest addition to her family.
One excited fan wrote, “This is the most eventful post of all time! So much life happening here.”
Another commented, “Congratulations, Queen of the boys club. I have so much admiration for you as a mom, wife, and actress.”
A fan gushed, “Your creation is beyond words — truly breathtaking and profoundly beautiful.”
Someone noted, “You’ve never looked so radiant. You have always been beautiful when you had your children and glowing afterwards, but the peace in the calm I see in your face cannot be described. You were simply meant to be this mom.”
Wood first announced her fifth pregnancy on March 17, 2025, in her weekly newsletter.
“I’m almost 7 months pregnant!” Wood wrote. “Our family is beyond excited, and my kids are over the moon. It’s such a special time in our home—so much love, energy, and anticipation!”
Aside from Talon, Wood is a proud mom to four sons: Rise Harlen, Lenix, Brando Elion, and Valor James.
