Taylor Swift was seen out in London for the first time since her wedding to Travis Kelce in a huge ceremony at Madison Square Garden on July 3.

While Taylor enjoyed her night out in London, the couple has made their first big move as a married couple and have been searching for their first shared NYC home.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Search for NYC Home
Getty“They don’t want to live in ‘Taylor’s home,’” a source said to Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack.
“They want a home that represents their marriage. Every room, every decision, every memory should belong equally to both of them. They’re starting this chapter as partners.”
They are allegedly cohabitating at Swift’s NYC property, although it’s only meant to be a temporary arrangement.
“Taylor loves her place, but it reflects the life she had before Travis became her husband,” the source said. “They want to walk through the front door and feel like they’re entering a home they created together—not one person moving into the other’s world.”
This insider claims that the newlyweds have been exploring neighborhoods in downtown Manhattan and are looking for a place that will give them “privacy, security, space to entertain, and room for the family they hope to build.” It’s also really important to the couple that they find a dwelling that will also accommodate both of their busy schedules.
“This isn’t about buying the most expensive address in New York,” the source continued. “It’s about finding the place where they’ll celebrate holidays, host friends, raise children, and build a marriage. Every decision is being made together. This is their fresh start. They’re not building Taylor’s life or Travis’s life anymore. They’re building one life—together.”
Scott Swift Reportedly Helped Oversee Prenup
GettyThe couple is also rumored to have signed a 40-page prenuptial agreement before they married, which was reported by The Daily Mail. Divorce attorney Jacqueline Newman said the agreement is likely just that each party keeps the assets they acquired before the marriage, although fans are eager to hear details.
She also said that any property purchased during the marriage will likely be divided based on each person’s financial contribution and any increase in its value while they own the property.
The outlet also reports that the prenuptial agreement may have a privacy clause that will prevent the couple from discussing their relationship if they ever divorce. Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack also reported that Taylor’s father, Scott Swift, helped to oversee the prenuptial agreement for his daughter.
“Taylor has romance in her heart, and Scott has business in his head,” the tipster adds. “The prenup isn’t about preparing for failure—it’s about protecting everything they’ve built.”
They also reported that there was no pushback from Kelce around the prenuptial agreement and that he has the utmost respect for Taylor’s father.
