Property Brother Drew Scott is going to great lengths to crack up his buddy, singer Michael Bublé.
In a new Instagram post, Drew poses inside he and wife Linda Phan’s walk-in closet, taking a selfie on his phone. But ignore the clothes and the pose, it’s what’s hanging from the HGTV designer’s belt that you should pay attention to.
Drew is sporting what appears to be a brown “Labubu,” the viral plush toy “zoomorphic elf” that is hanging from every Birkin bag in Hollywood.
The catch, instead of a Labubu face, the toy has the head of season 28 coach on “The Voice,” Michael Bublé. In the caption of the post, Drew writes, “I am the owner of the one and only LaBublé in the world”

Within minutes of Drew’s post going live, the “Sway” singer commented, “I spit my coffee out when I saw this. lol”
The Property Brothers Instagram account also weighed in, writing, “we love a good pun 😂”
The Property Brothers & Michael Bublé Are Childhood Friends
If you’re wondering what inspired Drew Scott to “Bublé” his Labubu, you might be surprised to know that Drew and brother Jonathan Scott grew up in the same Vancouver, Canada neighborhood as the singer.
And in 2020, Michael Bublé teamed up with his Property Brother buddies for an episode of “Celebrity IOU” to fulfill his late grandfather’s last wish.
The trio renovated his grandfather Demetrio’s house and gifted it to his caregiver, Minette.
“My grandfather was my best friend growing up,” Bublé said in the episode. “He’s my hero.”
According to the singer, his grandfather’s final wish was to make sure that Minette had a place to live for free after he died. A Philippines native, Minette sent all her money back to her family at home.
Michael told People at the time, “Minette is this really compassionate, kind, empathetic human being. She became family almost instantly. I can only imagine what it’s going to mean to her.”
And it wasn’t just any house. Bublé’s grandfather built the home himself. “The greatest moments of my life happened here,” said the Voice coach.

Besides growing up together in the same neighborhood, 49-year-old Michael Bublé and 47-year-old Drew Scott have a lot in common.
Drew has covered the singer’s hit song “Home” on he and wife Linda’s “At Home With Linda & Drew Scott” YouTube channel.
Both also love hockey. In fact, Michael brought Drew into the fold to become a part-owner of the Vancouver Giants WHL hockey team in 2023.
But most of all, the pair love to laugh, whether it’s over a Labubu turned LaBublé, or a viral TikTok trend like when Drew called Michael just to wish him “goodnight.” Which, if you haven’t watched it, will have you laughing along.
