Team Legend 2026: Watch Every Member of John Legend’s New Team on ‘The Voice’

The first round of “The Voice” season 29 came to an end last night on NBC. Coach John Legend and his team of 10 talented artists are set to compete in the Battle Rounds on “The Voice” 2026. So, who made it onto Team Legend for “The Voice: Battle of Champions”? Check out all of the artists below in our “The Voice” spoilers.

Team Legend 2025: Lucas West

He is excited to be on “The Voice” season 29. Lucas seems to be a fan of John Legend, as he is a pianist too. For his audition, he sings “Bennie and the Jets” by Elton John. Lucas is playing the piano for this one. He gets Adam to turn quickly, then John joins him a little later. He does sound very good and has some good range. Lucas has a strong stage presence.

Team Legend: AJ Robinson

For this one, AJ sings “Watermelon Moonshine” by Lainey Wilson. John Legend hits his button pretty quickly. AJ has a good voice, but you can hear he is a young kid. He is 14 years old, but he’s got a coach because no one else hit their button for him. He was born the year “The Voice” came out!

Team Legend: Kendra Remedios

Kendra is a dental hygienist by day and a country singer/songwriter by night. She said she has cleaned some amazing people’s teeth. She was a big daddy’s girl, but he had a brain aneurysum and she took care of him. Now she feels he’s the fourth coach for her this season, always watching over her.

For her audition, she sings “Girl Crush” by Little Big Town. She has a very solid voice. A good rasp to it, and she hits some big notes along the way. Maybe trying a little too much? I’m not sure, but I like the tone of it. She got John to hit his button for her.

Team Legend: Mike Steele

He has always wanted to be a singer, but knew he needed a backup plan. That is why he went to school, and he is now in his senior year and ready to graduate. He did it for his family and wants to make them proud. His daughter says to pick Team Kelly.

For his audition, he sings “For Tonight” by Giveon. It starts a little rough for me, but he worked that out. His voice is very good, and he has that R&B vibe about him. He gets all three coaches to turn for him, so another Triple Turn!

Team Legend: Adi Arora

We start with a blind audition, as we get no backstory. He has that high-pitched voice as he sings “It Will Rain” by Bruno Mars. He actually has a very similar sound to Bruno. I think he has a good range and a good sound to his voice. I think he needs to let loose more and will do better with a coach. He gets John and Kelly to hit their button for him.

Team Legend: KJ Willis

It’s all about the Triple Chair Turn and the special steal the coach gets who has the most during the Blind Auditions. We then see KJ Willis take the stage, so it has to be a triple turn, right? He has a strong voice and is very comfortable on that stage. It’s not, though, as Adam does not turn for him, but Kelly and John do.

Team Legend: Ashley Marina

She said her whole life has led up to this moment, and she’s so ready. She loves coffee, which is part of the reason why she became a barista. Ashley was on “America’s Got Talent” when she was 12 years old; she is now 18.

For her audition, she sang “Now I Wanna Cry” by Keith Urban. She definitely has a mature voice, especially for 18. She hits a big note, and all three coaches immediately hit their button for her.

Team Legend: Grace Humphries

She said she has always been an old soul. Her mom said she could be the next Joni Mitchell. People call her Granny Grace. She and her brother used to sing and dance together; he was her best friend. But he passed away from cancer when he was nine years old.

For her audition, she sings “Both Sides Now” by Joni Mitchell. I am a fan of her voice. It sounds strong on this song, and she has such great control, as she got John to hit his button for her.

Team Legend: Natasha Blaine

She said this is a dream come true. Natasha works part-time at a sauna studio, but is hoping to work full-time in music soon. She just may, as she got John to turn around for her.

He said he loved her tone and style. He said the other coaches are going to be jealous that they didn’t turn for her later, as Natasha joins Team Legend on “The Voice” season 29.

Team Legend: Syd Millevoi

Her mom is an opera singer. When Syd was younger, her parents got a divorce, and they moved in with her uncle. They never left, as they have like seven people living in one house. I like her personality, and her family seems so fun. She performs in a wedding band.

For her audition, she sings “Mamma Knows Best” by Jesse J. Yeah, within seconds of the performance, Adam and John were hitting their buttons. Kelly was sitting there, shocked by the performance, and jealous that she couldn’t turn around. Syd shows off so much range on this one. So much energy, and it was so good.

Do you think Team Legend has the winner of “The Voice” season 29 on it?
