Watch ‘The Voice’ Coaches Take the Stage for Epic Performance

Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, Niall Horan and Michael Bublé are usually the ones watching the performances on “The Voice.”

But when they turned the tables and took the stage together, it was epic!

Reba, Snoop, Niall and Michael took the stage to warm up the audience ahead of the Monday, September 22 debut of season 28, singing the classic tune “The Joker.”

The four singers took turns singing the first verse.

Reba McEntire cheekily kicked off the song with,“Some people call me the space cowgirl.”

Then Snoop Dogg came in with the tailor-made lyric, “Some call me the gangster of love.”

Michael Bublé crooned, “Some people call me Maurice,” and Niall Horan followed with, “‘Cause I speak of the pompatus of love.”

The coaches brought both star power and a sense of humor to the performance. When Reba sang “You’re the cutest thing that I ever did see,” Horan leaned in and quipped, “Who me?”

Fans Are Here For Unique Mix of Voices

Standing backstage before the performance, Michael Bublé told his fellow coaches, “Have fun you guys. It’s a real pleasure, honor to sing with you guys.”

“Yes, mine,” Snoop Dogg replied.

All four were nothing but smiles during the high energy performance, trading lyrics and leaning into each other as the crowd clapped and sang along.

Online fans have been no less enthusiastic. In an Instagram post of the performance on the Voice’s account, one fan commented, “this performance was amazing”

Another wrote, “this sounds so beautiful omg😭😭”

Still another commented, “The best thing I’ve seen all week!”

‘The Voice’ Season 28 Is the Last Before a Format Change

The season 28 premiere of “The Voice” on Sept. 22 kicks off with round one of blind auditions.

Michael Bublé is the only coach returning from season 27. This will he his third consecutive season in the big red chair.

Niall Horan took last season off to tour and last coached season 26.

Reba McEntire also was last in the coach’s chair during season 26, when Michael Bublé’s team won.

And Snoop Dogg last appeared as a coach season 24 before returning for season 28.

Season 28 will be the last to follow the traditional series format fans are familiar with. Starting in season 29, the show will sport the new title “The Voice: Battle of the Champions.”

Season 29 coaches Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Adam Levine will compete for an advantage with the “Triple Turn Competition” during blind auditions.

Competitors who get three chairs to turn will earn special advantages in the next round.
