It’s a massive week of TV premieres and finales, with some of the biggest names back on screen. NBC launches “The Voice” season 28, CBS drops “Survivor” season 49, ABC kicks off “The Golden Bachelor” season 2, and NBC revives the franchise with “Law & Order” season 25 and “Law & Order: SVU” season 27. Add in Jessica Chastain’s new thriller “The Savant” and the finale of “America’s Got Talent,” and your watchlist just got very full.
‘The Voice,’ ‘Survivor,’ & ‘The Golden Bachelor’ Premiere
Monday, September 22, starts the week with NBC’s “The Voice” season 28 premiere at 8 p.m., followed by “Brilliant Minds” season 2 at 10 p.m. Hulu also adds rock history with “Into the Void: Life, Death & Heavy Metal,” featuring Sharon Osbourne and Phil Anselmo.
Tuesday, September 23, brings Fox’s “Murder in a Small Town” season 2 and FX’s new drama “The Lowdown,” starring Ethan Hawke. NBC also airs night one of the “America’s Got Talent” season 20 finale.
Wednesday, September 24, is one of the biggest nights of the week. CBS premieres “Survivor” season 49 with a two-hour episode, while ABC launches “The Golden Bachelor” season 2. Disney+ introduces “Marvel Zombies,” Prime Video debuts “Hotel Costiera” with Jesse Williams, and Apple TV+ drops “Slow Horses” season 5.
‘Law & Order’ Returns Plus Big TV Finales
Thursday, September 25, belongs to NBC’s lineup of crime dramas. “Law & Order” season 25 premieres at 8 p.m., followed by “Law & Order: SVU” season 27 at 9 p.m. and “Law & Order: Organized Crime” season 5 at 10 p.m. Fox adds heat with “Hell’s Kitchen” season 24, and CBS launches “The Amazing Race” season 38.
Finales dominate the week as well. FX’s “Alien: Earth” ends Tuesday, while Freeform’s “Project Runway” season 21 finale airs Thursday. NBC closes out “America’s Got Talent” season 20 over two nights, and Prime Video’s “The Terminal List: Dark Wolf” wraps Wednesday. Thursday also marks the series finale of “E! News.”
Friday, September 26, offers one of the buzziest new debuts of the fall — Apple TV+’s “The Savant,” starring Jessica Chastain as an undercover investigator. New films include Apple’s “All of You” with Brett Goldstein and Imogen Poots, plus Netflix’s “Ruth & Boaz,” produced by Tyler Perry and DeVon Franklin.
From “The Voice” to “Survivor,” “The Golden Bachelor,” and “Law & Order,” this week’s lineup delivers reality competitions, crime dramas, comedies, and thrillers all at once.
