Electra became a cast member on “Baywatch” during its eighth season in 1997 after appearing in a 1996 Playboy pictorial.

“It’s hard to replace Pamela Anderson and Yasmine Bleeth and all those people. And there was just a certain tone, I don’t know how to explain it,” she said to Fox News Digital via Page Six.

“It had a certain tone to it that it was just such a fantasy, and maybe it was the first time on television you could see so much skin because we really were playing lifeguards, right? So, we could be in these skimpy outfits.”

She went on to describe how people could watch the show openly, and a lot of fans learned by doing so. Electra believes that the revealing costumes were part of how it became a breakout hit, along with how physically fit the cast members were. She also joked that she now knows how to give CPR and could save someone right now if she needed to.

The 54-year-old has not slowed down since her time on “Baywatch” and has made a return to Playboy and has also been wildly successful on OnlyFans. The magazine shared a series of photos on Instagram with a caption praising the model and actress.

All of Electra’s looks in the photoshoot were amazing, and she was one of the original ’90s Playboy goddesses and has posed for the magazine five times. Her look in this shoot was a leather spiky bra, a sheer-paneled shirt, and extensive leather detailing. She was styled by Valeria Semushina, and makeup artist Darian Darling gave her a signature smoky eye.

She also spoke to People in 2022 about why she chose to start an OnlyFans.

“People are going to do what they want to do anyway with your photos. You might as well be in control of them and follow what you feel like doing inside,” she said. “It does feel really good to stand up for yourself. I think what we’re going through now is people are finally standing up for themselves and who they are… It’s not always easy to do, but I do respect people that can stand up for who they are and be honest about it,” she said.

Electra focused on her OnlyFans side hustle throughout 2023 and spoke to Vulkan about her work on the platform.

“I’m exploring the world of OnlyFans. I made it to the top 1 percent, which I’m grateful for. The freedom I have is exciting,” she added. “I shoot with my friends when we’re just hanging out at my place, and it’s such a fun project. To the Vulkaners, be confident in your body and passionate about everything you do!”
