Actress, director, and producer Melissa Joan Hart and her friends have completed a highly impressive physical challenge.
Hart, who rose to fame in the 1990s as the star of shows like Nickelodeon’s “Clarissa Explains It All” and ABC’s “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” is now 50. However, she’s clearly still in amazing and youthful shape after nailing the beachfront test.
The star, who’s now known for her roles in Lifetime movies and Hallmark’s 2016 Christmas film “Broadcasting Christmas,” as well as for appearing on shows like “Dancing with the Stars” and “The Masked Singer,” shared her and her pals’ remarkable feat on social media.

Melissa Joan Hart took to her Instagram account to share her and her pals’ impressive beachfront performance with her 2.1 million followers.
The post includes a 13-second video. The video begins with three women on a beach creating a human pyramid. Two of the women stand heel-to-heel in the downward dog pose, while another woman places her hands and feet on each of their buttocks. The two women at the bottom then rise, causing the woman on top to rise, as well. The result is a three-woman human pyramid. The word “Original” is overlaid on the video.
Hart and her friends’ attempt immediately follows. Admittedly, it’s not quite as tidy as the original, but with Hart as the woman on top, the swimsuit-clad trio do a darn good job of recreating it.
Hart’s caption on her post reads, “#nailedit don’t be jealous of our skills 😜.”

We have to concur with Hart’s fans and followers — the human pyramid created by her and her friends was fantastic.
Hart hasn’t been particularly active regarding her acting career recently. Her most recent credits came in 2025, when she appeared in the television movie “Killing the Competition” and the festive Netflix flick “A Merry Little Ex-Mas.”
Her only potential upcoming credit, as things stand, is in the rumored “Clarissa Explains It All” reboot. We’ll eagerly await further news on that one, as we can’t wait to see Hart back on our screens again.
