As fans are currently tuning into Bravo’s “Below Deck Mediterranean” season 10, they’ve learned that stewardess Kizzi Kitchener has never shied away from admitting that she can’t help but flirt while working on board. In fact, in episode 6, Kitchener questions whether she should break things off with her boyfriend back home to kiss a fellow crew member.
Despite Kitchener’s playful and flirtatious ways on the show, which viewers can expect to see more of, she recently shocked fans with unexpected off-screen news: she’s officially engaged.

“Below Deck Med” season 10 stew Kizzi Kitchener is planning a wedding! The reality TV star recently announced her engagement to Tom Whiteley, sharing photos of the couple in Paris celebrating the big news.
On Instagram, Kitchener shared several photos with Whiteley while also showing off her gorgeous diamond engagement ring. She kept her caption short and sweet, writing, “With love, from Paris x.” In the comment section, Kitchener’s season 10 chief stew, Aesha Scott, congratulated the couple, writing, “SOOOOO AWESOME HEHEHEEHEHE CONGRATS YOU TWO 🥰🥰🥰.”
Of course, the engagement news comes as a shock to viewers who are currently watching her on “Below Deck Med.” As many eagle-eyed fans spotted, Whiteley is the same man that Kitchener was FaceTiming after a night out with her crew in episode 6. During their conversation, she shocks him by admitting she wants to kiss other people.
Despite having a significant other back home, she continued to flirt with returning deckhand Joe Bradley. In fact, the season’s trailer sees her hooking up with multiple crew members, including bosun Nathan Gallagher and deckhand Max Salvador.
“We’ve got a great crew. I just want to [expletive] everyone,” Kitchener states. “I’m going to ruin the deck team. I’m going to do a bingo card, and I’m going to try to check off the whole crew.”
Kitchener Set the Record Straight On Her Boyfriend on ‘Below Deck Med’
While appearing as a guest on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Kitchener was asked by a fan how her boyfriend felt about her on-screen flings and flirtings with several of her “Below Deck Med” crew.
Surprisingly, her relationship with Whiteley was very new when she began working aboard the Katina. “I have heard from him, yeah,” she began, explaining that things weren’t as serious as viewers might have thought. “So when I was just filming, we weren’t actually boyfriend and girlfriend,” she added, even making air quotes. “We’d only known each other for two months, so we were just seeing each other.”
She continued, “And I am very open and very honest. So, he knew everything.” When Cohen asked Kitchener if he was “okay with what he’s seen so far?” She joked, “Well, he doesn’t love it.”
Still, there are a lot of “Below Deck Med” season 10 episodes to go with Kitchener seen getting hot and heavy with her crew. Hopefully, her new fiancé decides to skip those moments as the couple focuses on building a future together.
