‘Next Gen NYC’ Star Moves Into Dream Apartment: Photos

“Next Gen NYC” star Emira D’Spain is starting a brand-new chapter — and showing it off in style. The influencer and reality personality revealed on Instagram that she officially secured the keys to her dream apartment in Manhattan, marking an emotional goodbye to her longtime home.

Emira D’Spain Shows Off Stunning New York Apartment Upgrade

“You guys, I’m freaking the (expletive) out! I just got the keys to my apartment. I’m so unwell,” Emira said in a recent reel. While clearly thrilled about the upgrade, she admitted to feeling “kind of sad” about leaving her previous unit. “I put so much love and care into my current apartment. [It was] the longest apartment I’ve ever been in in New York.”

The content creator shared a detailed empty apartment tour with fans, highlighting the spacious open-concept design. The new unit boasts a light-filled living room, dark-wood cabinets, chrome appliances, and a waterfall island that quickly became one of Emira’s favorite features. “The kitchen is literally stunning,” she gushed.

Other highlights included multiple closets, a walk-in pantry, an in-unit laundry room, and a massive bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. But the true selling point for Emira was the oversized glam room, which she noted was “almost double the size” of her old space.

“I had to sacrifice some things, and one of the things I was willing to sacrifice was my view,” she explained. “The glam room windows look out into a brick wall, but I really don’t care. This is very New York.”

The ‘Next Gen NYC’ Star Reflects on Her ‘New Chapter’

The Texas native described the move as both emotional and energizing, calling it a “reset” nearly a decade into her life in the city.

“I feel like I have had so many mixed emotions about moving, and now that the day is finally here, I feel so excited… Feels like a true New York apartment,” she said. “I’ve lived here for almost 10 years now. Every move feels like a completely new chapter, new reset, new vibe.”

Emira documented her moving day on Instagram, showing her mom packing belongings while Roadway Movers carefully transported larger items, including her 3,000-pound marble table.

She joked that she was “most nervous” about the table, but the team managed it without a scratch.

One family member wasn’t quite as enthusiastic. “Poor, Cinny, did not handle the move very well,” Emira admitted, referring to her cat Cinnamon. “She just doesn’t like traveling.”
