Now, pro dancer Emma Slater is opening up about being on the road with her boyfriend Alan Bersten.
No one except Emma and Alan can precisely say when they began dating. However, speculation about their rumored romance circulated for months before their official confirmation. The pair went public with their relationship with a sweet kiss on stage during the 2025 “DWTS” Live tour.
As the couple continues on the 2026 tour, Emma decided to open up and share what going on tour with Alan truly looks like.

Before pursuing a relationship with Alan Bersten, Emma Slater was previously married to another “DWTS” pro. She and Sasha Farber famously got engaged on the show and went on to marry in 2018. They finalized their divorce in 2024, but still seem to be on amicable terms.

“What it’s like having your boyfriend at Tour,” the 37-year-old captioned an Instagram video, demonstrating the silly dynamic that she and Alan share.
In the clip, they show off a ridiculous choreographed routine, complete with pretending to play drums on one another’s chests. It’s clear to fans they’re truly having the time of their lives.
In the comments, fans went wild for the duo’s adorable chemistry.

The Couple Is Going Strong After Confirming Their Relationship
Many “Dancing With the Stars” fans suspect Alan and Emma were together for quite some time before they officially made their relationship public. More than likely, the pair wanted to keep things quiet until the press surrounding her divorce from Sasha Farber wound down.
In the end, the couple decided they wanted to celebrate their love.
“We just decided to live our lives,” Alan recalled the moment he kissed Emma on stage during the 2025 tour in an interview with Swooon. “I think you only get one life and live it.”
