On Monday, March 9, the pair reunited for a short TikTok video skit to hype up a major announcement they have planned for March 10. The short clip shows them messing around and being playful, and in the video, they revealed that they are keeping a “secret you don’t know yet.” In the caption, Leavitt wrote, “BIG ANNOUNCEMENT COMING TOMORROW!” As fans wait, some not so patiently, to hear what this duo has planned, the comment section has been flooded with reactions.

“They’re either starring in another show together, or Whitney is becoming a pro dancer on DWTS,” a fan shared. “Is it that Mark Ballas is in Australia ATM & most likely filming “The Next Pro,” a DWTS spinoff, and you are gonna be a contestant or a judge?”

Some fans could not contain their excitement. “I have an idea.. what if.. you tell us today!!,” a comment reads, to which Leavitt replied, “If it was up to me I would’ve shouted it on top of the Empire State Building by now hahahah.” This makes the announcement seem even more exciting because it’s clear Leavitt is passionate about whatever is coming.

“Please just announce early,” another fan wrote.

The post has also got the attention of DWTS pro Emma Slater, who reacted with, “I need to know what this is BADLY!”

Mark Ballas & Whitney Leavitt’s Big Announcement

The good news is that the announcement will be due today, and fans will soon find out what Leavitt and Ballas have been up to. The pair have also been incredibly busy in recent months, with Ballas filming “The Traitors” Season 4 and Leavitt impressing fans as she made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in “Chicago.”

This is also not the first time they have teased a new collaboration. On February 25, they caught their fans’ attention by teasing a “big announcement” on Instagram. The pair posted a video of themselves dancing and lip-syncing to Tame Impala’s “Dracula.” Reactions to this post included, “Never scrolling past a Mark and Whitney video,” “me analyzing this like my life depends on it,” and “My close personal friends!!!!”
