Rebel Wilson is celebrating her 46th birthday, and marked the occasion by sharing photos of herself in a stunning red swimsuit and including a special message.
Taking to Instagram to pop up a post, the photos see her standing on dried wood in the middle of gorgeous blue water. Posing while wearing sunglasses and her hair blowing in the wind, she’s slipped on a chic swimsuit that features long sleeves, ruffles at the bottom and a serious plunging neckline that travels down the front of her chest.
In the caption, Wilson wrote, “Birthday post: I’m so grateful for my family and friends and that I followed my crazy malaria-induced dream at 18 to become an actress and not be a lawyer! What a ride these 46 years have been!”

Wilson’s birthday bathing suit Instagram post received plenty of comments from her social media followers.

Rebel Wilson Has Opened Up About Her Body & Weightloss
GettyWilson, who has lost weight in recent years, has opened up about body positivity, her own journey and what others might be facing.
“Fat Amy [from ‘Pitch Perfect’] was probably the most favorite character I’ve ever played,” she told People. “I loved representing and I was so confident. But at the same time, I did feel at times insecure. Sometimes it’s hard doing a photo shoot next to your fellow actress and she’s a third of the size of you.”
“I was invisible in a way even when I was an international movie star,” she continued. “And then suddenly to have people want to carry your groceries, do nice things for you purely because of how you look, it’s interesting.”
“I know what it’s like to be on the other side of that coin,” Rebel explained. “And now I know what’s it’s like to get attention in the positive. There is a societal bias towards what society deems as good-looking. It’s not right. It sucks, it’s unfair. I feel sad if somebody doesn’t love the body they’re in. You want to celebrate all body types but I also want to encourage people to be healthy.”
