Hallmark star Janel Parrish has broken her silence on the end of her marriage to her husband, Chris Long. Parrish confirmed the couple is no longer together after rumors of their split surfaced.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Parrish shared a heartwarming message to show her love for Long, while addressing their separation.
“Thank you for all the incredibly kind and supportive messages, they’ve truly meant the world. After 10 beautiful years together, including 7 years of marriage, Chris and I made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” she wrote.
Parrish got brutally honest, making it clear that despite the breakup, she and Long still deeply care about each other. She will forever be grateful for their time together.
“There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me. Thank you all again for the messages of love and support. Xo J,” Parrish ended her social media message.
In 2016, Parrish began dating engineer Long. They dated for a year before getting engaged in 2017 and getting married in 2018.
Parrish and Long kept their relationship relatively private on social media. They would mostly acknowledge their wedding anniversary. Long did just that back in September in a now-deleted Instagram post.
It’s unclear when they separated, as Parrish has kept that information private. She did tag him in her December 2025 post, talking about her second endometriosis surgery, naming Long as someone who supported her during that challenging time and her struggle with the disease.
The former couple does not have any children.

The “Pretty Little Liars” alum’s confirmation of her split from Long comes hot on the heels of speculation she has moved on with “Dancing with the Stars” pro Sasha Farber. Parrish and Farber got the rumor mill buzzing after he shared a video of them dancing in a parking lot at night.
“She’s still got it @janelparrish,” Farber captioned the video. In the comments section of the video, Parrish replied, “😂😂😂 thanks for dancing with me as I laughed in your ear very loudly.”
Parrish competed on Season 14 of the ABC reality TV show in 2014. The actress was paired with Valentin Chmerkovskiy and came in third place.
Neither Parrish nor Farber has commented on the status of their relationship as of this writing.
