Longtime Hallmark star and “Pretty Little Liars” alum Janel Parrish is sitting pretty after finalizing her divorce from Chris Long, her husband of seven years.
On June 1, 2026, TMZ revealed details of the exes’ divorce settlement, with no spousal support requests and plenty of assets for both parties to divide up. While details of their divorce went public, Parrish chose to focus on sharing her joyful and carefree on a “work trip” with her new beau, “Dancing With the Stars” pro Sasha Farber.
Janel Parrish & Her Ex-Husband Waived Rights to Spousal Support
According to court documents reviewed by TMZ, Parrish and Long, a chemical engineer, both waived their rights to spousal support. Parrish also gets to keep the residuals and royalties from all her projects, including her 10 Hallmark movies and income from “Pretty Little Liars,” on which she played Mona Vanderwaal from 2010 to 2017, according to IMDb.
Parrish will also keep her SAG pension plan, per TMZ, along with “her 2019 Audi SQ7, all jewelry, and clothes in her possession, her credit card points, several bank accounts, and one-half of their $3.2 million home. According to Us Weekly, Long has been living in their Los Angeles home but plans to move out in June, and the former couple will list the residence by June 19.
Both outlets reported that Parrish will also receive all interest in a film she starred in and produced called “Sydney vs. Sean.” Long, meanwhile, will hang on to his credit card points, any cash in his possession, and several bank accounts, TMZ said.
Parrish met Long, a chemical engineer, at a Dave & Buster’s in 2016, according to Just Jared. Two years later, in September 2018, Us Magazine published photos from their outdoor wedding ceremony in her native Hawaii.
After reports surfaced in early April that they had separated, Parrish confirmed the news in her Instagram Stories, writing, “Thank you for all the incredibly kind and supportive messages, they’ve truly meant the world. After 10 beautiful years together, including 7 years of marriage, Chris and I made the difficult decision to end our marriage.”
“There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together,” Parrish continued. “This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me. Thank you all again for the messages of love and support. Xo J.”
In a June 1 court filing, according to Us Weekly, the exes requested a divorce because “unhappy differences have arisen” had made it “impossible to live together as spouses.”
Janel Parrish Happily Tags Along on Sasha Farber’s ‘Work Trip’
Before Parrish and Long officially settled their divorce, the “Two for Tee” star had already hard-launched her new relationship with Farber, whom she likely first met when she was a contestant on DWTS in 2014, placing third with pro Valentin Chmerkovskiy. Farber has been a pro on the show since 2013.
Since first being spotted hand-in-hand in late April, Parrish and Farber have posted multiple videos of themselves dancing together. On May 31, she shared a collection of pics and videos taken during “a weekend in Napa to watch my man dance.”
Farber was in Northern California to appear at a fundraiser for the St. Helena Hospital Foundation. In the comment section of Parrish’s post, he wrote, “Can u come on every work trip please ok thank you!!!!!!” Her response? “ok!!!!!!”
Parrish has been busy working, too. She just wrapped filming a feature film called “Stockholm Squad,” per The Hollywood Reporter.
