Bromstad Got Emotional During an Episode of ‘My Lottery Dream Home’
During a January 2 episode of “My Lottery Dream Home,” Bromstad became emotional when he read a touching text from his friend out loud.
The HGTV Instagram account posted a video clip of Bromstad sharing the text with a pair of friends on the show.
“They sent me this text and I lost my mind,” he said. “Can I read it? Like it … ” he said, fanning himself before he got too emotional.
Bromstad continued reading: “No one is like us, girl. We’ve come from the deepest depths and risen to the stars. We’ve crashed, burned, gotten up, slid down life’s hardest mountains. You’ve always been my rope when I’m barely holding on.”
“You are my Frodo in the dark, my Thelma with a getaway plan, my Romy on the dance floor, my Maverick in the danger zone, and my Lucy when it’s time to cause a little chaos,” he continued.
“And still we’re just getting started,” Bromstad added.
“Isn’t that amazing? Besties are like no other,” the HGTV star said.
