‘Love It or List It” star David Visentin may be an expert at real estate, but now he’s looking to up his game in a whole different category.
The HGTV star just completed the Barrie Triathlon. And better than that, he came in third in his age group!
But the 60-year-old still sees room for improvement, so he’s enlisted the help of triathlon champion Dillon Longo to train him for next year’s race.
In a new Instagram video, David congratulates Longo for winning the Barrelman Niagara Falls and says, “How do I get as fast as you?” The elite athlete replies, “Well, you gotta let me coach you.”
And David responds, “That sounds like a good deal.”
In the post’s caption, David reveals that while Dillon will coach him, he’ll be sponsoring Dillon, writing, “We’re excited to share some big news — @visentinrealestate and @dillonlongo are teaming up! 🏁
Dillon has been on an incredible streak, recently placing 1st at both the Ironman 70.3 and Niagara’s Barrel. With even bigger goals ahead, we’re proud to announce our official partnership as he continues to train and compete at the elite level.
At the same time, Dillon is coaching @davidvisentin_official as he prepares for his own triathlon in Barrie next summer — one year older and a little bit faster? Why not?!
Follow along as we train, push boundaries, and gear up for race day. Let’s do this! 💪”
David Visentin Already Has Impressive Stats
The Barrie Triathlon includes a 750 meter (about a half mile) swim, a 20 kilometer (approximately 12-and-a-half miles) bike ride and a 5k (about 3 miles) run.
While David Visentin didn’t post his times, a quick check of the results on SPORTSTATS shows that out of 233 men competing in all age groups, he finished 58th overall and third for his specific age group of 60-64.
The “Love It or List It” star completed the swimming portion in 12 minutes and 56 seconds, the biking portion in 35 minutes and 55 seconds and the running portion in 25 minutes and 26 seconds.
His total time for the race was 1 hour, 18 minutes and 18 seconds.
David Visinten Is a Huge Fan of Triathlons
When David Visentin isn’t training for triathlons or competing in them, he’s an avid fan on the sidelines.
David was at the finish line when Dillon Longo won the 2025 Niagara Barrelman and posted his congratulations on Instagram.
In his post, David wrote, “Huge congratulations to @dillonlongo, who captured 1st place at the @multisportcan 2025 Niagara Barrelman — a grueling 2000m swim, 90K cycle, and 21.1K run. And to @simondrolet_ as well, who delivered an incredible race, placing 2nd overall 👏
@visentinrealestate proudly supporting Dillon Longo on this journey alongside @brownssports , @spn.energy and celebrating these outstanding results at one of Canada’s premier @multisportcan events.”
