Get a sneak peek of the couple’s newest show, “Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain House.”

First Look at Chip and Joanna Gaines’ New Show

“We are not in Waco anymore, are we?” the “Capital Gaines” author said in the preview clip released by HGTV on November 18.

“This is our first out of Central Texas project,” Joanna added. “How do you micromanage a project that I can’t be 10 minutes away from?”

The mother of five — who shares sons Drake, Duke, and Crew, as well as daughters Ella and Emmie Kay with her husband — explained that she and Chip are always working on improving their skills.

“Every time we get to take on a project, we learn so many new things about construction where I feel like this is getting our masters now in doing homes in Colorado,” she said.

While it remains unclear who the owner of the Colorado home is, Joanna explained that the state has become a meaningful place for her family.

“Colorado has come to be a special place for our family,” she said, according to HGTV. “Somewhere in-between ski trips and spring breaks over the last decade, a dream took root to one day carve out a place of our own … and we can’t wait to share it with you.”

Chip and Joanna’s Daughter Ella Joins the Show

Chip and Joanna will be joined by their eldest daughter, Ella Gaines, as they take on the Colorado home renovation.

“Chip had an idea to have our daughter design the little cottage,” Jo explained in the first announcement of the new show.

Ella — a student at Parsons School of Design in New York — added, “I’m accepting the challenge,” as she marked her debut in the family’s expanding renovation empire.

Fans were thrilled to learn of Ella’s involvement and took to the comments to voice their joy.

“I love that your daughter is getting involved! How cool,” one follower wrote.

“Your daughter is old enough to be designing?! What is time?!” a second added.

“Can’t wait to watch this!!! Also I can’t believe how GROWN your daughter is,” another fan chimed in.

“Fixer Upper” fans can catch the three-part series when it premieres December 9th at 9pm ET/PT on Magnolia Network and HGTV.”
