Heather Rae El Moussa & Christina Haack Bond Over New Activity
On September 7, El Moussa took to Instagram with a too-cute caption for her workout session with Haack.
“We prefer our dumbbells to be heavier than drama 🏋️♀️✨,” she wrote.
In the video, the two HGTV stars are seen lifting dumbbells and moving through a variety of exercises together. Text on the video notes: “POV: Your workout buddy is also your husband’s ex-wife.”
Their fans lit up the comments section with plenty or praise for the pals. “Love that you all became besties 🙌,” one fan noted.

The HGTV Stars Celebrate Their Blended Family
El Moussa is married to Tarek El Moussa, who is Haack’s ex-husband. They have shared that they’re all really close, as they celebrate their kids’ milestones together, work together on HGTV’s “The Flip Off, and hang out together.
On August 7, El Moussa took to Instagram to share a video of highlights of their friendship. The video noted, “Wait … you married a man with two kids and actually get along with his ex-wife?”
In the caption, she shared, “Let’s just say we’re not your average blended family.”
Haack commented, “Love our crazy/beautiful blended family.”
On August 27, El Moussa posted a video from a fun birthday celebration for her husband.
The video included text that asked, “Who’s going to start the family drama this time?”
The HGTV star noted in the caption: “Plot twist: the drama never showed up 👀😅. Or did it?! Comment who you think the culprit was 👇🏻😂.”
