Leslie Davis Shares Look at Her Dog Sledding Bucket List Adventure
On August 31, Davis took to Instagram to share video and photos from one of the many highlights of her trip to Alaska.
“Who knew dog sledding on a glacier was on my bucket list 🏔️🛷😝,” she shared in the caption. “📍 Alaska.”
Fans lit up the comments section, with some who had experienced dog sledding themselves chiming in.
“We just got back and did that excursion. So amazing!!” one fan noted.

On August 22, Davis shared a look at their Alaska trip, noting how she is focused on “choosing my peace.”
“This past year taught me the power of choosing my peace and holding my circle close,” she explained in the Instagram caption. “It wasn’t easy, but it led me right here — surrounded by the ones who fill my tank. Wouldn’t trade these guys (or these Seward views) for the world. 🏔️🤍”

Leslie Davis Shared Exciting Engagement News in January
On January 14, Davis announced her engagement to Don Reidy. Then on January 16, the HGTV star took to Instagram with a big update.
Alongside a photo taken at Universal Studios, she shared in the caption, “Just posted a little life update on our blog 💍🥂💌 Head to my stories to read more!”
In her blog post, Davis wrote, “This week I shared some pretty big news … I’m engaged!!! And Don and I couldn’t be more excited to finally share our story with you and celebrate this big life moment.”
The HGTV star explained that they first met on “Rock the Block” season 5. “Don was one of the contractors working tirelessly on our house, making it #TWINWIN worthy! Through the stressful days, endless hours, and lots of laughs in between, we became best friends and continued to stay in touch post-filming,” she shared.
Davis noted, “Don was living in Colorado and working on other HGTV favorites, while I was wrapping up filming ‘Unsellable Houses’ season 5 here in Snohomish, but we made an effort to keep our friendship growing.”
“With hundreds of FaceTime calls that turned into dates and quick weekend trips to see each other, it was clear we were more than friends,” she added. Reidy relocated to Washington after their year of long-distance dating.
In her engagement post, Davis said that Reidy “popped the question during a snowy Leavenworth snowmobile ride, joined by all three of my boys, which made it even more perfect.”
