Leslie Davis surprised HGTV fans when she announced her engagement to fiancé Donald Reidy earlier this year. Now, the “Unsellable Houses” star is giving fans a peek into their romance.
Leslie Davis’ Love Language
Davis took to social media over the weekend to share sweet moments of her relationship with Reidy.
“My love language is the sound of his saw on a Saturday morning. 🪚✨🤣” Davis captioned a video shared via Instagram.
In the clip, fans saw Reidy completing tasks around the house. From wallpapering, to painting walls, and tiling a fireplace to yardwork, Reidy can do it all.
“Marry for money? No! Marry for maintenance. I don’t need luxury, I need load-bearing confidence,” the voiceover on the clip said. “Who wants a man who calls a guy? Get the man who IS the guy…Nothing says forever like a man who fixes one thing and then he starts fixing other things he noticed.”
The comments section of Davis’ post did not disappoint, as her followers fully supported the HGTV star.
“I mean I feel like he knew what he was getting into. 🤷♀️😂 Miss you guys!” one follower wrote.
Another commented, “👏 Yes!!! The amount of work my husband has done around our home over the years, blessed and thankful.”

Leslie Davis’ Shock Engagement
In January, Davis rocked the HGTV world with her surprise engagement news.
“SURPRISE 🤭 Don popped the question during a snowy Leavenworth snowmobile ride, joined by all three of my boys, which made it even more perfect 🤍” she shared on January 14.
HGTV viewers voiced their congratulations and surprise, as many fans believed Davis was still married to first husband, Jacob.
“Turns out ‘Rock the Block’ gave me a win in more than one way🥹💍❄️” she added in her caption. “Somewhere between sunup-to-sundown chaos and lots of laughs, I found my person. Don, you are my safe place, my teammate, and my favorite adventure buddy.”
Davis continued, “What started as a friendship during one of the wildest experiences of my life turned into true love. We were in it together then… and now we’re in it together forever. Still smiling. Still shocked. Still so excited for this next chapter 🥂✨”
Davis — who shares sons Kyler, Cash, and Cole, with her ex — explained the Don was a contractor whom she met while filming “Rock the Block.” After their relationship blossomed, and a year of long distance, Reidy moved from Colorado to Washington.
She later revealed that she and Jacob had called it quits on their marriage in 2022, before she met Reidy.
“With lots of changes, our priority was to always protect our family, which is why I have kept this part of my life private. And seriously, who even announces a divorce anyway LOL,” she shared, referring to Jacob as “my kids’ rockstar of a dad” in a follow-up blog post.
