HGTV star Nicole Curtis recently gave fans some highly anticipated news. Her show “Rehab Addict” has been missing from the HGTV schedule for quite some time. Recently, Curtis gave everybody some insight into when they should see new episodes again.
‘Rehab Addict’ Returns to HGTV in February 2026
According to TV Insider on December 11, Curtis provided a “Rehab Addict” update in her December 10 email newsletter. She began, “This year is flying by. This week I was in 3 countries, 3 states, and too many time zones to count, but here I am ready to wow you with another of my infamous emails full of typos and lots of great information :).”
Curtis included the juicy tidbit that new episodes of “Rehab Addict” will return to HGTV in February 2026.
She added what some fans might see as an intriguing or slightly cryptic additional note. Curtis acknowledged that “Rehab Addict” fans were “over waiting” to see the show back on the air. She wrote, “I just want these episodes aired so I can check the box, at this point.”
While Curtis didn’t clarify exactly what her thinking was on that response, she did encourage people who like the show and haven’t seen the full run to stream older episodes online.
Season 1 of “Rehab Addict” was filmed in Minnesota in 2010, Curtis noted. She recalled that they began filming that first season in January, and the episodes began airing in October. “Now, it takes me 4 years” to get episodes filmed and on air, she quipped.
Only 2 Episodes of the New Season of ‘Rehab Addict’ Aired on HGTV Over the Summer
Curtis also thanked HGTV fans for their ongoing support. She wrote, “I am, constantly, in awe of this amazing community/family we have here 15 years strong.”
In fact, Curtis revealed, apparently, it is not uncommon for fans to cross paths with her in public and see that she has been crying. “When I travel, I catch up on the emails and the stories you all send are so sweet,” she explained.
In July, Curtis shared via Instagram that she made the “executive decision” to pull new episodes of “Rehab Addict” from the air after two episodes of the latest season.
At the time, Curtis said the remaining taped episodes would air throughout the fall. She explained that she was prioritizing time with family over work.
Come October, Curtis took to social media again to provide something of an update. “NEW SHOWS COMING TO HGTV,” she wrote in her “short version” of her update. She didn’t include any further details at the time.
The main focus of the post was that she was celebrating the 15th anniversary of when her show began. The debut episode of “Rehab Addict” aired on HGTV on October 10, 2025, Curtis wrote. She marveled over the journey she’s had with the show, and fans will be eager to get new episodes back on the network again.

Glad to hear you’ll be back in February. I might because of that use the HGTV channel. They gotten rid of most of the shows that I liked best and as much as I’ll enjoy your two upcoming episodes, it will be a sweet snack and not satisfy my HGTV appetite.
One people be Aholes, I’ve just decided to deal with people as best I can and as you mentioned work on me and pray and hope for the best.
