Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton just hit the gas on their romance, taking it to the next level by going Instagram official.
Months after the two first started dating rumors back in January, they finally appeared side-by-side, face and all, in their first social media post video together on Monday, April 6.
The Big Instagram Debut
On April 6, the Formula 1 champ posted a 1-minute video to his Instagram page showing him driving wildly throughout the streets of Tokyo.
Though it’s clear someone is with him in the passenger seat, it’s not until the very end of the video that fans see it is, in fact, Kim herself.
The footage ends with Hamilton doing donuts in his Ferrari, smoke surrounding the car before it comes to a stop. As the camera zooms in on Kim’s face, she says, “That’s insane.”
Lewis was in Japan in March 2026 for the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka Circuit in Suzuka City; Kim also shared a number of family photos from the country around the same time, which only added to speculation the two were there together.
Saint, 10, Chicago, 9, and Psalm, 8, all joined her in Tokyo, as did sister Khloé Kardashian and Khloé kids True, 7, and Tatum, 3. Kim and the kids were also all seen in racing gear while there.
Per PEOPLE, Kardashian and Hamilton were spotted together in Tokyo.
“He’s just an easygoing guy with great energy,” a source told the outlet. “Her family likes him and Kim’s very into him. They are both busy with their careers, but see each other as much as possible. It’s more than just a casual connection. It takes a lot to capture Kim’s interest and she’s definitely intrigued.”
Dating Rumor Timeline
Kardashian and Hamilton were first linked back in January 2026, after they were photographed by TMZ attending Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party. The weren’t pictured together, however, at the event.
Then, in February 2026, they were seen by TMZ arriving at the same hotel in Paris, before they attended the Super Bowl together. In March 2026, Hamilton left a heart-eyed emoji on a photo Kim shared from the Vanity Fair Oscar party, further fueling speculation things were heating up.
The two of them have so far refused to talk about the apparent romance, however, with Sky Sports F1 reporter Ted Kravitz saying Hamilton refused to talk about their Super Bowl date.
“I can tell you he was asked that in the written press,” Kravitz said. “He was asked, ‘Did you enjoy your company more than the game at the Super Bowl?’ and he said, ‘It’s my private life. I’m not talking about that.”
