Not long after reports came out that Pink may have separated from her husband, Carey Hart, the music industry star — and 2026 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominee — has come out saying that the claim is not true.
Taking to Instagram, Pink shared a video of herself walking through what appears to be her home and talks to the camera. In the recording, she has a smile while saying, “So I was just alerted to the fact that, ah, I’m separated from my husband. I didn’t know.”
In the caption of Pink’s post, she wrote, “Like I always say. If you don’t hear it from me, don’t believe the hype. Stay tuned though! Who knows what could happen next!?!”
Pink Playfully Addressed the False Reports
GettyIn Pink’s video, she playfully brings up a couple of websites that published reports of the possible separation, saying, “Thank you, People. Thank you, Us Weekly.”
Indeed, just a few hours earlier, it was People that first reported that “Pink and her husband Carey Hart have separated after 20 years of marriage,” noting that the information came from a source.
People also noted that, at the time, the potential separation couldn’t be verified due to the fact that “[a] rep for Pink had no comment,” while “[a] rep for Hart did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.”
“The ‘Raise Your Glass’ singer, 46, and the former motocross racer, 50, have split after 20 years of marriage, a source confirms to Us Weekly,” came from another website that had reported the news and got a cheeky mention from Pink.
Fans Are Happy that the Separation Reports Aren’t True
GettyWhen Pink shared the video updating her fans on the state of her marriage with Hart, her Instagram followers were quick to leave comments supporting the star.
“YESSSSSS MAM!!! Tell them,” one fan wrote.
Another follower added, “Wow good thing they told you! Can you imagine? Lol 😂”
“The queen has spoken 👏🏻❤️,” came from a third person.
Someone else left a comment, saying, “Thank you for clarifying!”
Another fan mentioned both the status of the star’s relationship with her husband and the singer’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination, writing, “Glad to hear this 😊 And CONGRATS on the nomination. I just casted my vote for you. 💛✨”
“Love this news, from the source! Congrats on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination!! 🙌🔥❤️,” came from yet another fan.
