The “Love Is Blind” season 9 trailer teases some quirky characters and steaming romances. Many of the contestants seem to bring up either having or not having kids in the future, as is common on previous seasons of the reality dating show.

One contestant, Kait Nemunaitis, seems to call out one of the men in the pods, saying, “If you say ‘I love you’ to two separate people, that’s not love.” This could indicate a love triangle, another common feature of “Love Is Blind.”

The trailer also features a plethora of engagement rings, ensuring that some people do get engaged in the social experiment. Every season, multiple couples leave the pods with the intention of getting married, and season 9 will be no different.

What To Expect From ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 9

According to the “Love Is Blind” cast announcement, the ages of this season’s contestants range from 27 to 41, making them older than some past seasons. The cast features men and women of different races, ethnicities, and jobs.

“Love Is Blind” hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey will be back to host yet another season, and they’ve already teased some unexpected twists. In an interview with E! News, the “NCIS” star said “something happens in Denver that has never happened on any of the ‘Love is Blinds.’”

Previous “Love Is Blind” seasons have already covered a lot of drama. On season 5, Lydia Velez Gonzalez and Uche Okoroha realized they had already dated in the real world before entering the “Love Is Blind” pods. On season 4, Zack Goytowski proposed to a second woman after he and his first fiancée broke up shortly after meeting.

There isn’t much that “Love Is Blind” fans haven’t already seen, yet season 9 promises something new. Fans will have to tune in on October 1 to see what Vanessa is talking about.
