If you were a fan of “My Unorthodox Life,” then you may remember the stunning home of the Netflix show’s star, Julia Haart. Now, the penthouse found in New York City has a new owner thanks to the fact that Haart has just sold the impressive (and expensive) abode.

“Haart’s sprawling Tribeca penthouse, which first hit the market for $65 million in 2022, has finally sold for $57 million according to city property records,” the New York Post explains while noting that news of the sale was first reported by the Real Deal.

“That’s one of the highest sale prices for a downtown Manhattan residence,” per the Post.

Julia Haart’s Now-Former Penthouse Offers Plenty of Perks

A 13-room duplex, Haart’s now-former home boasts 7,808 square feet of indoor space and an additional 3,687 square feet of outdoor space, according to the New York Post.

Along with six bedrooms, the residence “comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, two chef’s kitchens,” “a private rooftop, and panoramic city skyline and Hudson River views,” per the Post. Indeed, “[t]here’s a corner great room with Hudson River views, as well as a study, an office and two powder rooms.”

The primary bedroom suite includes a spacious dressing room with a closet system that Haart designed herself.

“An upper level features a 670-square-foot great room, with nearly 13-foot ceiling heights, anchored by a gas fireplace designed by Brooklyn artist Peter Lane — as well as a library with custom bookshelves, a solarium and a study,” the Post notes.

Beyond that, the Post explains that “[t]he crown jewel of the penthouse is the wraparound terrace, which can be accessed by an interior elevator, and includes a full outdoor kitchen.”

Julia Haart Got the Penthouse in Her Divorce from Silvio Scaglia

“In a … sweeping divorce victory, Julia Haart has been awarded control of the business she ran during her marriage to Silvio Scaglia and the … apartment they lived in, as well as nearly $10 million in cash,” according to Page Six. Indeed, “[p]er the judgment,” she was granted ownership of the “penthouse that they lived in during their four-year marriage.”

Page Six also explained that “[t]he pair — who ran the Elite World Models agency and luxe lingerie firm La Perla together — [had] been locked in a complex … court battle on several fronts since she told him she was divorcing him in 2022 and he responded by trying to fire her.” Hopefully, they’ll now be able to put all of that behind them.
