Travis Kelce & Patrick Mahomes’ 1587 Prime Menu Features $345 Steak & a Ketchup Flight

Kansas City Chiefs stars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are taking their talents from the field to the fine-dining scene with the opening of 1587 Prime. The luxury steakhouse, located in downtown Kansas City, officially unveiled its menu — and it’s as extravagant as fans expected.

1587 Prime Menu Includes $345 Steak & Ketchup Flight

The food lineup at 1587 Prime is designed to impress. Guests can start light with options like Hamachi with chili garlic crisp ($26), Steak Tartare with wagyu and crispy capers ($37), or splurge on the seafood tower filled with oysters, lobster, shrimp, and king crab (market price).

For those seeking heartier plates, the steaks are the star attraction. Prices start at $59 for a petite filet and climb all the way to $345 for a 40-ounce Wagyu Tomahawk from Snake River Farms. Other highlights include a 32-ounce Porterhouse ($195), Japanese A5 New York Strip ($125), and a 16-ounce Boneless Ribeye ($165).

One of the more unique touches is the “Ketchup Flight” — a $15 trio of sauces that nods to Mahomes’ well-documented love of putting ketchup on steak. Diners can also upgrade their cuts with lobster tails, bone marrow, or blue cheese toppings.

1587 Prime Cocktail Menu Brings Top-Shelf Luxury

The drinks are equally ambitious. Signature cocktails like the Noble Margarita ($18) and Kingdom Come ($21) highlight tequila and mezcal, while adventurous sips like Jet Chip Wasp ($25) pay tribute to Kansas City.

The Martini Cart offers a “Your Way” option, starting at $33, which allows diners to create a custom cocktail with their choice of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. For those who prefer wine or champagne, full bottles are also available.

Desserts round out the menu with comfort classics, including Carrot Cake ($18), Chocolate Cake ($18), Apple Pie à la Mode ($16), and a Cast-Iron Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with ice cream ($16).

The restaurant, created in partnership with hospitality group Noble 33, has been highly anticipated since its announcement in early 2024. With Mahomes and Kelce behind the project, 1587 Prime is already shaping up to be one of Kansas City’s buzziest new dining spots.

Prior to opening, Mahomes celebrated his birthday at 1587 Prime alongside his wife, Brittany, Kelce, and his fiancée, Taylor Swift. The Kansas City power couples were also spotted on a double date there on Friday, September 19, where Brittany even shared a bathroom selfie with her husband.
