Alex Cooper Announces Pregnancy With Husband Matt Kaplan

Alex Cooper is entering a brand-new chapter.

“Our family,” Cooper captioned the post, which featured several intimate photos of the couple together as they prepared to welcome their baby.

Within minutes, the announcement exploded online as fans, influencers, and fellow reality TV personalities flooded the comments section with congratulations.

Harry Jowsey reacted with “OMG,” while Hallie Batchelder added, “Ugh love you guys.”

Alex Cooper and Matt Kaplan Married in 2024

Cooper married Kaplan in April 2024 after the couple announced their engagement the year before.

Kaplan is a film and television producer best known for projects including the “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” series.

While Cooper frequently discusses dating, relationships, and personal experiences on “Call Her Daddy,” she has been notably more guarded when it comes to sharing details about her relationship with Kaplan.

That privacy made Saturday’s announcement feel especially personal for many fans who have followed Cooper’s rise from podcast host to one of the biggest names in media.

The ‘Call Her Daddy’ Host Continues Expanding Her Media Empire

The pregnancy news comes during an especially busy stretch for Cooper professionally.

Since signing her massive podcast deals and launching her own media company, Cooper has expanded “Call Her Daddy” far beyond its original format, landing major celebrity interviews and growing one of the most influential audiences in podcasting.

Earlier this year, Cooper and Unwell were featured by Fast Company as part of its annual list recognizing the world’s most innovative companies. In a March Instagram post celebrating the recognition, Cooper reflected on the growth of the company and the team behind it.

“From navigating podcast acquisition models to launching an in-house agency, it takes a village of incredibly talented individuals to keep a company like Unwell running at full capacity,” Cooper wrote at the time.

She also revealed that the company had grown to roughly 100 employees, adding that she was proud to see Unwell become “bigger than me.”

Earlier this week, Cooper and Kaplan were also photographed together attending YouTube’s Brandcast event at Lincoln Center in New York City.

Now, just days later, fans are celebrating another major milestone for the couple.

Neither Cooper nor Kaplan shared additional details about the pregnancy, including the baby’s due date or gender.
