Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form are respectfully ending their marriage after more than three years together. Daddario, 39, best known for her role in HBO’s award-winning series “The White Lotus,” confirmed earlier today that she and film producer Andrew Form have decided to part ways.
Daddario & Form Emphasize Privacy and Co-Parenting After Split

A representative for Daddario confirmed the news to People in a statement. “Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage.”
“The decision was made with love and respect,” the statement continued. “They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.”
Their Romance From Instagram Debut to New Orleans Wedding
Daddario and Form, 57, were married in June 2022 during a ceremony in New Orleans.
The “White Lotus” star introduced their relationship to the public in May 2021, posting a black-and-white photo of the two embracing on Instagram.
That December, People confirmed they were engaged. About six months later, they officially became husband and wife.
Form has long worked behind the scenes in Hollywood as a producer. His credits include the “A Quiet Place” franchise, “The Purge” series, and several other horror films.
Daddario Opened Up About Pregnancy Journey & Loss
In July 2024, Daddario and Form revealed they were expecting their first child together in an interview with Vogue. The actress had kept her pregnancy private for six months before sharing the news publicly.
Speaking to the outlet, Daddario said she felt “overjoyed” to be expecting. She also disclosed that she had previously experienced a pregnancy loss.
“Well, I had been pregnant,” she said, adding, “I had loss.”
“It’s long and complicated, so I don’t want to be too specific,” she continued. “Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them. I really relate to all the women who have been through those kinds of things in a way that I didn’t understand fully before. It’s very, very painful.”
Daddario Welcomed Baby Boy, Calling Motherhood ‘Wonderful’
Daddario later shared the joyful news that she and Form welcomed their son on Halloween 2024.
A few months later, in February 2025, she opened up to People about embracing life as a first-time mom.
Motherhood, she said, has been “wonderful.”
“I’m very lucky,” she said. “He’s a great baby. He’s just brought so much joy and peace in my life, so I recommend it to anyone who wants a kid.”
