PHOTOS: Craig Robinson Shows Off Impressive Weight Loss

Comedian and actor Craig Robinson made a notable appearance at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards on Sunday, January 4, sparking conversation and admiration after debuting a visibly slimmer look that reflects his recent weight loss.

Known for his roles in “The Office,” “Hot Tub Time Machine” and numerous comedy projects, Robinson’s transformation has become a trending topic on social media, with many fans celebrating his confidence and new direction.

He wore a maroon double-breasted long suit jacket with a black shirt. He rounded out the look with black pants.

Robinson, 54, attended the Critics Choice Awards where candid photos showed him looking noticeably leaner and energized.

Robinson Reveals His Weight Loss Secrets

He spoke with the Daily Mail at the event where he dished on his recent weight loss.

Robinson revealed he dropped the weight the old-fashioned way.

“It’s no Ozempic, just straight working out and not drinking and a lot of intermittent fasting,” he noted.

The new look drew immediate attention from fans and critics alike, many of whom praised him for the change while others simply expressed surprise at the difference.

While Robinson hasn’t publicly confirmed a specific number on his weight loss, the visual shift was evident on the red carpet — a moment that attendees and photographers captured alongside fellow actors and industry figures.

Robinson Doesn’t Have a Set Weight Loss Goal

The comedian did add that he doesn’t have a set weight loss goal and added that some already believe he had lost too much weight.

“I’m trying to figure out [what his goal weight is] going to be because I’ll drop and then people say, ‘You’re losing too much.’ So I got to figure it out, but I’m not worried,” he told the outlet.

Robinson added that his weight loss journey has been going on for two and a half years.

Back in January 2024, he told Us Weekly he was focused on living a health lifestyle.

At the time, Robinson said that consistency is the most important factor.

“Consistency is key, and my goal is to work out a little every day, even if it’s just for five minutes,” he said.

Photos of the event showcased Robinson smiling for cameras and interacting with peers, projecting a sense of ease and self-assurance in his appearance.

And if fans were wondering if he is somehow no longer going to be as funny, he told the outlet, “I was funny before I got fat, so that won’t be the case with me!”

He added, “I still will be making people laugh, I promise you that.”
