Gigi Hadid gave fans a rare glimpse into her relationship with Bradley Cooper after revealing the thoughtful birthday surprise he sent her for her 31st birthday.
The model celebrated her birthday on April 23, and two days later, she shared a photo on her Instagram Story of a massive floral arrangement sitting on her dining room table. The oversized bouquet featured yellow, pink, red and white flowers and quickly caught attention online.
Hadid made it clear exactly who the flowers were from, captioning the post, “My man tho,” alongside a shocked face emoji, per Page Six.
The simple post offered one of the clearest public looks yet at her romance with Cooper, who has largely kept their relationship private since they were first linked in 2023. While the couple tends to stay low-key, the grand floral delivery added another sign that things between them continue to get more serious.
Last year, Hadid and Cooper also celebrated her 30th birthday together with a night out in New York City. At the time, engagement rumors quickly followed after Hadid was photographed wearing a gold ring on her wedding finger. She was also wearing several other rings, but the moment still sparked speculation.
Gigi and Bradley Have Kept Things Low-Key
Hadid and Cooper were first romantically linked in October 2023 after they were spotted having dinner together at Via Carota in New York City before leaving in the same car, according to Us Weekly.
Sources told the outlet they connected through a mutual friend and bonded over having a lot in common, especially as single parents. Hadid shares daughter Khai with ex Zayn Malik, while Cooper shares daughter Lea De Seine with ex Irina Shayk.
An insider said they were “really enjoying spending time” together and added that while it was still early, “the attraction is there.”
Since then, the couple has been spotted on several outings together, including a couples trip with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, the Eras Tour in Paris, and BottleRock Napa Valley, where Cooper was seen holding Hadid’s hand.
By October 2024, Hadid made one of her first public comments about Cooper while attending the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, saying he was home on “dad duty.”
Their biggest public relationship milestone came in May 2025 when Hadid posted Cooper on Instagram for the first time during her 30th birthday celebration. She shared a photo of them kissing in front of her birthday cake and wrote that she felt lucky to be a “partner.”

Birthday love also came from little sister Bella Hadid, who posted an emotional Instagram tribute calling Gigi her “best friend,” “mentor,” and “happy place.”
“Happy birthday to my best friend,” Bella wrote. “My heart, my mentor, my sister, my happy place, for ever and ever and ever.”
She added, “Thank you for teaching me. Thank you for loving me. You get more incredible, wise, beautiful, cool every single year.”
Bella ended the post by writing, “I love you so much it hurts, my sissy pants!!!!” Gigi replied in the comments with, “Love you my sweet chicken.”
Earlier this year, Hadid also opened up to Vogue about what makes her relationship with Cooper work, saying, “Getting to the point where knowing what you want and deserve in a relationship is essential.”
She also praised him professionally and personally, adding, “He gives so much to me — encouragement and, just, belief.”
