Jonah Hill looks nothing like the version of himself fans are used to in new promo images that have been released for his upcoming Apple TV film “Outcome.”
In a scene with his costar Keanu Reeves, the 42-year-old comedian looks incredibly slimmed-down and aged by movie magic as he sports a bald head, glasses, and a bushy gray beard.
Deadline says “Outcome” is an upcoming dark comedy with an Apple TV premiere date of April 10. Along with starring in the project, Hill also co-wrote and directed. He and Reeves are joined on the cast by Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer.
The story centers on a Hollywood star, portrayed by Reeves, on a desperate hunt for a blackmailer who is threatening to ruin his reputation by exposing a mysterious video.
This Is Not Jonah Hill’s First Incredible Movie Transformation
Hill is not a stranger to becoming an on-camera chameleon. Back in October 2025, he drastically transformed to portray a pair of twins with Kristen Wiig in the comedy “Cut Off,” sporting short blonde hair.
Deadline’s plot summary of the film reads described the journey of Reeves’ character as “a wild but spiritually cleansing, nostalgic and eye-opening trip down memory lane, where confronting his past might be the only way to rescue his future.”
Jonah Hill Previously Discussed Weight Loss Journey in 2011
Jonah’s hill weight has fluctuated over the years with the different roles he has played. Back in 2011 during an radio appearance on “Ken Kraddick in the Morning,” Hill talked about how he’d lost a major amount of weight for the first time. He said, “I went to a nutritionist” before joking, “I started physically running, instead of emotionally running.” The “Wolf of Wall Street” actor then revealed a friend suggested doing 100 pushups a day. “I worked my way up, and now I do that everyday,” he said.
He reflected, “I’m maturing as an actor and growing up. It’s a certain time when you go, ‘Alright, it’s time to be a responsible adult. You’ve got to stop being a kid at some point.”
Hill recalled, “One day I just looked up a nutritionist and called him up and went.
Responding to whether he feared he’d be perceived differently with his new slimmed-down look, the star said, “It’s so funny. People make such a big deal about that, but it’s like you can do all kinds of parts now. When you’re a big guy, you can’t play a thin guy.”
