Lindsay Lohan looked incredible in an Instagram post on Tuesday, January 27 when she stopped for a quick mirror selfie as she enjoyed a Pilates workout. The “Freakier Friday” actress showed off her toned legs in a pair of pink leggings which she paired with a pair of scrunched white sock and beige sneakers.
The mom of one added a flowing beige top and shades to her look. “A little stretch goes a long way! Tuesday vibes!” she captioned her post, which included three videos of the star showing off her moves on the equipment.
Lohan is fresh off the wave of her box office success “Freakier Friday,” her first wide theatrical release since the 2007 thriller “I Know Who Killed Me.” The well-received sequel costarring Jamie Lee Curtis, which pulled in over $150 million against its $42 million budget, according to The Numbers.
Her career resurgence will continue with the upcoming limited Hulu series “County My Lies,” based on the novel by Sophie Stava. Deadline reported in August 2025 that Shailene Woodley will star alongside Lohan.

GettyIn an interview with The Wellness Oasis, Lohan She said, “When I was younger, creativity would come from instinct. And now, over time, it comes more with intention.” She also listed being a mother as one of the things that has changed her and led to being “more in touch with my true self.”
She went on, “It’s evolved over the years. It’s always changing. There’s always something new to learn everyday, and staying curious is so important. Asking questions, and to keep learning about things.”
Lindsay then spoke about the importance of self-care, saying, “Getting a handle on yourself, and staying yourself and true to yourself and gaining that confidence and power.”
Lindsay Lohan Celebrated Her Son’s Second Birth in July
In July, Lohan racked up almost half a million likes on a set of photos celebrating the second birthday of her son, Luai, whom she shares with husband Bader Shammas.
In a loving birthday message to the tot, she called him “our sunshine, our sweetest boy, our heart, Luai!” The Long Island native then declared watching her baby grow “the greatest joy of our life.”
She finished her note with, “Here is to another year of cuddles, giggles, and magic. Me and Daddy love you more than words can say.”
Lohan married Shammas, whom Elle says is a financier and Assistant Vice President at a banking firm, in April 2022.
