Mark Wahlberg is giving fans a glimpse into a major parenting milestone—and it’s hitting all the emotional notes.
The actor took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 18, to share a heartfelt video of his youngest daughter, Grace Margaret Wahlberg, behind the wheel.
The moment captured the excitement—and nerves—that come with watching your child grow up.
Wahlberg’s Sweet Moment With His Daughter
“Listen to a little Zach?” Wahlberg asked from the passenger seat as a song by Zach Bryan played in the background.
“Always, yeah,” Grace responded, smiling.
Wahlberg, clearly in full dad mode, added, “When you’re driving.”
The lighthearted exchange quickly turned tender as he offered a reminder that resonated with parents everywhere: “Drive safe, okay? We’re not doing jumps like we’re doing on the horses.”
Before the clip ended, he made sure to say what mattered most: “Drive safe, I love you.”
He captioned the post simply, “look who’s behind the wheel,” letting the emotional moment speak for itself.
Fans flooded the comments section, reacting to the milestone with a mix of nostalgia and excitement.
“They grow up so fast, don’t they?! Bless her heart,” one user wrote.
Another added, “Awww this is a big moment, lots of emotions.”
“Yay Grace!!! So happy for her!!!” someone else chimed in, celebrating her new independence.
Grace is the youngest child of Wahlberg and model Rhea Durham.
Grace Suffered an Injury Last Year
While this driving milestone is a big step, it’s just one part of her already eventful teenage years.
She’s known for her dedication to horseback riding, training as a competitive equestrian with an intense schedule that often starts before sunrise.
Wahlberg has previously spoken about her discipline and passion for the sport, praising her commitment at such a young age.
That passion was put to the test in November 2025, when Grace suffered a serious horseback riding accident that left her with a broken collarbone.
The incident was a frightening moment for the family, with Wahlberg later admitting just how dangerous the sport can be.
“She’s doing great. Thank you for asking,” he said while speaking with Access Hollywood at the time, calling the experience “terrifying.” Despite the setback, Grace was determined to get back to doing what she loves.
“All she wanted to do is get back on that horse… she’s so passionate and so dedicated,” he shared, noting her resilience and drive.
Now, just months later, Grace is marking another major life moment—this time on four wheels instead of horseback.
