Matt Bomer had a terrifying encounter with a fan, with the actor revealing that he was almost hit by a car.
In an Entertainment Weekly interview with his “Outcome” costars Keanu Reeves and Cameron Diaz, published April 8, Bomer detailed exactly what happened.
“I had someone almost hit me with a car,” he said. “They were really excited. It wasn’t the best way to break the ice, but they didn’t mean harm. They just weren’t thinking in the moment.”
“They were turning left and saw me as they were turning, I guess,” Bomer added. “They wanted to say hi, and then pulled over, and it was awkward.”
While he loves the support from fans, this one was certainly a little scary.
“I’m always grateful that people have responded to whatever you’ve done, but that was definitely one of the times it got a little out of hand,” he concluded.

In response to Bomer’s story, Reeves couldn’t help but poke fun at the actor.
“My God, Matt Bomer, you were causing traffic accidents!,” Reeves joked.
“I’d crash my car if I saw you on the street,” Diaz joined in.

Bomer, Reeves, and Diaz have all been in the industry for a while, having acted in numerous major roles. So, in an interview with Parade, the three were asked about their first career impressions of each other.
For Reeves, he didn’t hesitate to bring up one of Diaz’s most iconic movies.
“When we went to go see The Mask on the big screen, it was like, holy (expletive),” he said. “What energy.”
“You were so good,” Bomer added. “I can’t believe you turned 21 on that set.”
What Fans Can Expect From ‘Outcome’
The iconic movie directed by Jonah Hill and starring a star-studded cast will hit AppleTV on April 10. It is a dark comedy.
Reeves portrays a Hollywood star who is the victim of blackmail, with a video sent to him that could ruin his career. While trying to find the person behind the video, he reconnects with people from his past and tries to make amends for anyone he wronged. Diaz and Bomer play his best friends in the film.
Along with these three stars, the film also includes David Spade, Susan Lucci, Laverne Cox, Roy Wood Jr., Atsuko Okatsuka, Ivy Wolk, Cary Christopher, Nicolas Noblitt, Nikolai Nikolaeff and Lovensky Jean-Baptiste.
