It is week four of Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance and the case has yet to have a major breakthrough. Nancy’s daughter, “Today” anchor Savannah Guthrie, updated fans with another video on Instagram on February 24, in which she spoke about her mother’s abduction from her home in Tucson, Arizona. Her wording could also offer a possible clue about Nancy’s case, and Megyn Kelly highlighted this in a new episode of her show.
Megyn Kelly Highlights Part of Savannah Guthrie’s Speech
On the February 24 episode of “The Megyn Kelly Show,” host Kelly spoke about Savannah’s recent video. In the video, Savannah urged the public to come forward with new information about Nancy’s abduction. She revealed the reward had been increased to $1 million. “I’m coming on to say it is day 24 since our mom was taken in the dark of night from her bed,” Kelly said of Savannah’s speech in the video.
Kelly continued, “No one has ever said that before. In fact, the sheriff said it early on and then took it back and said he didn’t mean to say that and wasn’t confirming whether or not she was taken from her bed. But there it is, straight from Savannah Guthrie herself. That’s news.”
Former FBI special agent James Hamilton, who joined Kelly on her show, also reacted to Savannah’s comment about Nancy being taken from her bed. “Is she just saying that? As if to say, you know, sometimes in kidnappings, like a JonBenét Ramsey taken from her bed type of deal. And it’s almost like something you would say,” Hamilton said. “But I’m with you. I think she was literally, that Savannah knows something that we didn’t know. And now we do know that she was taken from her bed.”
Nancy Guthrie’s Disappearance
Nancy has been reported missing since February 1. In the weeks since her disappearance, there has been conflicting information released about her alleged abduction, including internet sleuths getting it wrong and linking the wrong men to the case, an outcome that has had a devastating impact on their lives.
The most important piece of evidence that has been shared with the public is video footage that the FBI released showing a masked suspect outside of Guthrie’s home. There was also DNA evidence collected from within her home. The sample is “mixed,” making it challenging to work with and taking time to reach a conclusive result, which could be used to help the case.

So tired of hearing about this case!! What about all the other cases for ordinary people????????
