Man Linked to Nancy Guthrie Abduction Speaks Out

The search for Nancy Guthrie continues, and she has been missing since February 1. There is a lot of speculation about what has happened to her, and she is reported to have been abducted from her Arizona home. As law enforcement investigates possible leads, one man linked to Guthrie is now speaking out.

On February 13, a man who was driving a Range Rover was detained by authorities, and the car was marked with “evidence” tape, Parade reports. Internet sleuths did their own investigating by looking at clues, such as the license plate cover on the car and the fact that it was from MG Motors in Tucson. They then scoured social media for a photo of the car in question. In a photo from September 2025, they found Zack Jaghoub’s name.

Some people believe he matches the description of the man behind the ski mask who was filmed outside Guthrie’s home. The footage of this person, believed to be a man, has been widely circulated since the FBI released it. Now, Jaghoub is speaking out about how he has faced harassment when he is not in any way involved in Guthrie’s missing persons case. And whoever was driving the car was not him.

Jaghoub’s connection to MG Motors in Tucson is that he previously worked there and is friends with the owners, Parade reports. In his interview with the publication, he claimed that the car on the Instagram page where internet sleuths found him is not even the same model as the one being investigated by authorities.

As for his alleged involvement? Jaghoub says he moved from the United States in 2019. “I’m gonna be honest with you. These people are stupid,” Jaghoub said. “They don’t have, like, a sure confirmation that Zack drove that Range Rover or owned that Range Rover. There’s no documents, there’s no papers. I’m not even inside the country.”

In his interview, he said he never spoke to authorities. “People are just listening to YouTubers or some people, that don’t know anything,” he said.

So, what does he know? “I know one thing, I slept on Friday, I woke up on Saturday. I found myself [with] thousands of people following me on Instagram, adding me on Facebook. They’re adding me on Snapchat for no reason,” Jaghoub told Parade. “People sending me messages [saying] ‘you are guilty. You are this, you are dead.’” His hope is that by giving an interview to the publication, he can set the record straight.

  1. That’s usually how it goes these people think they are Sherlock Holmes and they know better than scientific evidence because their egos are so big and then they put stuff online with out any substantial evidence and ruin someone’s life because they think they are entitled to do so…. Here’s a thought keep sitting on your couch eating your bon bons and drinking your monster drinks and leave the detective work to the real detectives that actually know what they are doing

    • You have a very valid point. This is not a guesting game. Real people’s life’s are involved. Stop trying to solve the case. Please let the professionals do their job.

    • She is a human being. She is also an elderly person. Some one’s mother. We all had a mother, suppose it was your mother? Would you want someone to ask such a question? Mrs. Nancy is loved. When I see her I think of my mom. Did this answer your question, if not please just now out quietly.

    • Because she’s a human being, what if it were your mother or sister or your child or even yourself.i bet you would want someone to care then.

      • There’s a mother and 2 of her children missing out of Mobile, Alabama that hasn’t made national news, either. Look up the Choc family. They’re all illegal, unfortunately, and there’s blood everywhere in the house, a brand new mattress is missing, and all phones were left along with what cash she had. Two men have been arrested, both illegal, too. One was charged with kidnapping x3, and I’m not sure about the other one who was the boss of the mother. There’s a $15k reward for information

  2. Every morning when I wake up. Mrs. Nancy is the first person that comes to mind. I scour my phone for articles related to this in hopes that they have found her safe and alive. Savannah and other siblings. GOD HAS HER, I KNOW IT IN MY HEART, REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME, SHE IS IN SAFE KEEPING WITH OUR HEAVENLY FATHER ARMS AROUND HER. Please do not loose your faith.
