The 39-year-old actor, producer, and director took home the Best Actor gong at the 98th Academy Awards for his incredible performance(s) as the Smokestack Twins in Ryan Coogler’s brilliant 2025 horror movie “Sinners” — and the star celebrated in the most relatable way imaginable.
Rather than immediately doing something extravagant or drinking bottle after bottle of expensive Champagne, Jordan headed to a popular fast food restaurant to celebrate with some classic American junk food.

Michael B. Jordan celebrated his Best Actor Academy Award win by visiting a Los Angeles branch of fast food chain In-N-Out Burger.
Instagram user dianaamonet captured a 14-second video of Jordan in the establishment.
Diana captioned her video, “Michael b Jordan and his Oscar walked into in n out while we were eating dinner. I love LA 🥹.”
Jordan delighted patrons by posing for photographs by the counter, as the staff looked on eagerly from behind it while preparing his feast.
Diana also recorded a second shorter video in which she congratulated Jordan on his win, to which he responded with a smile and a wave.
She captioned that one, “congratulated my fav movie star on his Oscar win?? life is a movie fr <3 good day to be in sinners hive!!”
Notably, Jordan appeared to have his lighting crew with him, to ensure he looked his best in any photographs or videos captured of him. Needless to say, it worked.
