Noah Wyle’s Wife Is Joining Him on ‘The Pitt’ — See a Sneak Peek!

Noah Wyle has been charming and captivating viewers as attending physician Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch on “The Pitt.” Now, he’ll be joined by a very special guest star: His wife!

“Noah Wyle is turning his hit medical drama into the family business, with his wife, Sara Wyle, set to guest star on Episode 13 of the HBO Max series’ second season,” according to Parade. The episode will stream on April 2.


Sara Wyle Will Appear on ‘The Pitt’ as a Patient

“Wyle’s real-life wife, Sara Wyle, will guest-star … as ER patient Ashley Davis,” TVLine exclusively confirmed.

Parade also noted that “[n]othing is yet known about Sara’s character’s story arc beyond the fact that she’ll be playing an ER patient named Ashley Davis, but an exclusive sneak peek shared by TVLine shows her hooked up to a cardiac monitor, which helps the doctors check for any irregularities in her heart’s rate and rhythm. There are countless reasons a person could need this kind of assessment, so it’s impossible to guess about her condition.”

Noah and Sara — who have been married since June 7, 2014 — have recently been popping up at industry events together.

“If you caught the sweet moments between [Noah and Sara] at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, you weren’t alone,” according to Harper’s Bazaar. “From their swoon-worthy getting ready video to posing on the red carpet in perfectly coordinated looks—and later, Noah’s heartfelt shoutout to his ‘beautiful wife Sara’ as he accepted the award for Best Actor in a Drama Series—the couple’s chemistry was hard to miss.”

“While their presence on the award-show scene has recently risen with Wyle’s acclaimed performance in HBO’s The Pitt, their romance goes back much further,” Harper’s Bazaar notes. “Married for over a decade, they share a daughter, Frances, along with the ER star’s two children from his previous marriage to Tracy Warbin,” son Owen and daughter Auden.

On June 7, 2024, Noah took to Instagram to mark a special occasion for the couple. Along with sharing a photo from their wedding, he added a caption, writing, “My love, thanks for the best 10 years of my life. And for being so slow that when you run that I can always catch you. Xoxo”

In turn, Sara shared an Instagram post on June 7, 2025, “11 years and there’s still no one who makes me laugh quite like you ♥️ Happy Anniversary @therealnoahwyle.”
