Reese Witherspoon snapped back into her iconic “Legally Blonde” character for a visit to Harvard Business School.

The “Morning Show” star, 49, made a special appearance at Harvard Business School, and it wasn’t just to teach the students how to “bend and snap.”
“What, like it’s hard?,” Witherspoon captioned a video clip of her visit, which she shared via Instagram on Thursday, November 6. “Had the best time visiting Harvard Business School and chatting with some seriously brilliant minds!”
In the footage — which was set to Iggy Azalea’s hit song “Fancy” — the actress can be seen demonstrating the “bend and snap,” quoting her iconic lines from the film, posing in front of different locations on the Massachusetts campus, and giving a lecture to a room full of students.
Fans flooded the comments section of her post to show their love of Elle Woods.
“She certainly should get an honorary degree,” one follower commented.
“Teaching the ladies bend and snap 😍” another wrote.
“When I went for classes last year there I felt very much like Elle Woods!!!” a third chimed in.
Is ‘Legally Blonde 3’ in the Works?
This is not the first time Witherspoon has teased fans with subtle “Legally Blonde” references.
In 2021, the “Sweet Home Alabama” star dug deep into her closet as she reminisced on past Halloweens.
“MOOD on Halloween…” she captioned a photo of herself posing with Elle Woods’ iconic Playboy Bunny costume.
Fans have been waiting more than two decades for the third installment of the franchise. While Mindy Kaling signed on to write the script, it remains unclear if or when “Legally Blonde 3” will be released.
“We don’t want to be responsible for ruining what’s basically Reese’s Avengers franchise,” Kaling told Time in March 2022. “What is Elle Woods like at 42? Does she end up becoming all the things she wanted? How does that personality manifest in a grown woman? Has she become more cynical? Her brightness and her cheerfulness really worked when she was 22, but how has life changed her perspective on things?”
For now, fans will have to be OK with a “Legally Blonde” prequel instead.
Witherspoon’s production company, Hello Sunshine, is behind the project, which is simply titled “Elle.”
“Before she became the most famous Gemini vegetarian to graduate from Harvard Law, she was just a regular ‘90s high school girl,” Witherspoon revealed in May 2024. “And all of you are going to get to know her, next year on @primevideo ✨ I’M SO EXCITED!”
