The FAN EXPO Canada provided a rare treat for fans by bringing together the cast of “Smallville” for a panel at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Among the stars in attendance were Tom Welling, who played the role of Superman/Clark Kent,
Michael Rosenbaum, who starred as Lex Luthor, and Kristin Kreuk, who played Lana Lang. Kreuk is not particularly active on social media and rarely posts a photo of herself, so when Laura Vandervoort, who played Kara Kent, shared pictures from the event on Instagram on August 25, it generated a lot of excitement.
Vandervoort posted pictures of the cast onstage, including herself. “Wow Toronto! Thank you for all the love you gave us today. Friday and Saturday have been an absolute blast. One more day to go! @fanexpocanada,” she wrote in the caption. In the post, there is also a short video clip, which Vandervoort gave credit to Rosenbaum for. “He wanted to make sure he was credited,” she added with a laughing emoji.
Fans reacted to the post with great excitement. “Love you guys,” a comment reads. “You are all Wonderful,” another person shared.
Other reactions include, “favorite series of all time,” “Always a pleasure watching you all together,” and “Epic! So glad you guys get to reunite and see each other at these conventions not just for us fans.”
Fans React to How Stunning Kristin Kreuk Looks in Rare Footage
On August 23, Welling also shared a playful video of the cast on Instagram from the event. “Fan Expo Canada @fanexpocanada #AMAZING,” he wrote in the caption.
Fans flooded the comment section with praise for the cast, but also mentioned how beautiful Kreuk looks because it is rare to see photos of her. She is dressed in all black and wears her hair down. She is beautiful!
“Kristen kreuk is always soo gorgeous and sweet. her voice is so soft, it makes my heart melts since 2002,” a comment reads.
“Grew up watching this. It was my high school years,” another fan shared. “Lana and Clark should have been end game… regardless of how superman was suppose to turn out! So much on screen chemistry!! Loved them both so much.”
A third fan also raved about Kreuk. “Awesome Kristin Kreuk. From woman to woman I can say she preserves like fine wines. It was great to see them all together,” they wrote.
